Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta przeznaczona do opakowan wysokopolysko- wej emulsji do podlóg z tworzyw sztucznych. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego - W górnej czesci etykiety, na elipsoidalnym tle w kolorze zielono-zóltym, znajduje sie stylizowana elipsa wykonana z dwóch bumerangów w kolorach bialo-granatowym, a na niej - napis „emu" wykonany drukowanymi, pogrubionymi literami, usytuowanymi ukosnie; kazda nastepna litera usytuowana jest nieco wyzej od poprzedzajacej ja litery, przy czym wszystkie litery wykonane sa w kolorze bialym i posiadaja obwódki w kolorze granatowym. - W lewym, górnym narozu etykiety wykonanym w kolorze granatowym znajduje sie napis „ekolo- giczna" wykonany stylizowanymi graficznie literami przypominajacy pismo pisane patykiem. - W srodkowej czesci etykiety znajduja sie, usytuowane wzajemnie równolegle do siebie i ukosnie w kierunku „ku górze" napisy: „emulsja wysokopolyskowa" i „do podlóg z tworzyw sztucznych" umieszczone na tle w kolorze zóltym i wykonane stylizowanymi graficznie literami przypominaja- cymi pismo patykiem pisane, przy czym kazdy z tych napisów zestawiony jest z dwóch wierszy. Litery napisu „emulsja wysokopolyskowa" maja kolor bialy i zaopatrzone sa w zielone obwódki, natomiast litery napisu „do podlóg z tworzyw sztucznych" wykonane sa w kolorze granatowym z niebieskimi obwódkami. - Dolna czesc etykiety wedlug wzoru stanowi wizualizacja lastriko oddzielona, od góry, pólkolista linia w kolorze zielonym na której, po lewej stronie, umieszczona jest elipsa w kolorze granato- wym z zielona obwódka. The design is shown in the attached photograph. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: - At the top of the label, on an ellipsoidal green and yellow background, is a stylized ellipse made of two boomerangs in white and navy blue, and on it - the inscription "emu" in bold, block letters, positioned diagonally; each subsequent letter is positioned slightly higher than the preceding letter, with all letters being white and bordered in navy blue. - In the upper left corner of the label, in navy blue, is the inscription "ecological" in stylized letters resembling writing written with a stick. - In the middle of the label, there are inscriptions: "high-gloss emulsion" and "for plastic floors", placed parallel to each other and diagonally upwards, placed on a yellow background and made in graphically stylized letters resembling writing with a stick, with each of these inscriptions composed of two lines. The letters of the inscription "high-gloss emulsion" are white and have green borders, while the letters of the inscription "for plastic floors" are navy blue with blue borders. - The lower part of the label, according to the pattern, is a visualization of terrazzo, separated from the top by a semicircular green line, on the left side of which there is an ellipse in navy blue with a green border.
