Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest doniczka do sadzenia roslin. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac doniczki, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono doniczke w widoku z przodu, na fig. 2 - przedstawiono doniczke w widoku z góry. Jak pokazano na rysunku doniczka ma monolityczny korpus, którego górna powierzchnia ma postac szerokiej opaski o ksztalcie stozka scietego, natomiast pozostala czesc korpusu ma ksztalt wyoblonego na zewnatrz stozka scietego, który w najwezszym miejscu laczy sie z opaska o ksztalcie stozka scietego, która zaopatrzona jest w okragle, plaskie dno. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the flowerpot, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the flowerpot from the front, and Fig. 2 shows the flowerpot from the top. As shown in the drawing, the flowerpot has a monolithic body, the upper surface of which is in the form of a wide, truncated cone-shaped band, while the remaining body is in the shape of a truncated cone, rounded on the outside, which connects at its narrowest point to the truncated cone-shaped band, which is provided with a round, flat bottom.
