Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest doniczka do sadzenia roslin. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac doniczki, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przed- stawiono doniczke w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - przedstawiono doniczke w widoku z góry, a na fig. 3 - przedstawiono doniczke w widoku od strony jej dna. Jak pokazano na rysunku doniczka ma korpus w ksztalcie stozka scietego, którego górna sred- nica jest okolo 1,5 raza wieksza od dolnej srednicy, przy czym nad w górna powierzchnia pobocznicy stozka scietego jest zaokraglona krawedz, która laczy sie z pierscieniowa opaska która ma srednice wieksza od srednicy górnej czesci korpusu, przy czym wysokosc stozkowego korpusu jest okolo 3,67 raza wieksza od wysokosci pierscieniowej opaski, natomiast we wnetrzu doniczki znajduja sie cztery pionowo umieszczone w stosunku do powierzchni dna zebra, które lacza dno doniczki z dolna czescia korpusu. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the flowerpot, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the flowerpot from the front, Fig. 2 shows the flowerpot from the top, and Fig. 3 shows the flowerpot from the bottom. As shown in the drawing, the flowerpot has a body in the shape of a truncated cone, the upper diameter of which is approximately 1.5 times greater than the lower diameter, and above the upper surface of the side of the truncated cone there is a rounded edge which is connected to an annular band which has a diameter greater than the diameter of the upper part of the flowerpot, and the height of the conical body is approximately 3.67 times greater than the height of the annular band, while inside the flowerpot there are four vertically placed ribs in relation to the bottom surface, which connect the bottom of the flowerpot with the lower part of the flowerpot.
