Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest doniczka wykorzystywana do nasadzen roslin. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac doniczki, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przed- stawiono doniczke w widoku z przodu, a na fig. 2 - przedstawiono doniczke w widoku z góry. Jak pokazano na rysunku doniczka ma monolityczny, cienkoscienny korpus zlozony w dolnej czesci z lukowo wyoblonego na zewnatrz stozka scietego, którego tworzaca ma ksztalt luku, przy czym w górnej czesci stozka znajduje sie walcowa opaska o szerokosci okolo 1/3 wysokosci doniczki. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Doniczka ma monolityczny, cienkoscienny korpus zlozony w dolnej czesci z lukowo wyoblonego na zewnatrz stozka scietego, którego tworzaca ma ksztalt luku, przy czym w górnej czesci stozka znajduje sie walcowa opaska o szerokosci okolo 1/3 wysokosci doniczki, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 i fig. 2. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the flowerpot, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape, as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of the individual elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where fig. 1 - shows the flowerpot in a front view, and fig. 2 - shows the flowerpot in a top view. As shown in the drawing, the flowerpot has a monolithic, thin-walled body composed in the lower part of an arc-shaped truncated cone, the generatrix of which has the shape of an arc, while in the upper part of the cone there is a cylindrical band with a width of about 1/3 of the height of the flowerpot.
