Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest donica przeznaczona do eksponowania duzych roslin. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac donicy o duzej srednicy i wysokosci, zmie- rzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przed- stawiono donice w widoku z przodu, a na fig. 2 - donice w widoku z góry. Jak pokazano na rysunku donica ma monolityczny, cienkoscienny korpus o jednakowej grubo- sci, który w górnej czesci ma najwieksza srednice, przy czym jej obwód tworzy wybrzuszona po- wierzchnia, która w widoku z boku ma ksztalt luku. Dno donicy ma wewnetrzna czesc o srednicy, która jest mniejsza od srednicy jej podstawy. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Donica ma monolityczny, cienkoscienny korpus o jednakowej grubosci, który w górnej czesci ma najwieksza srednice, natomiast w dolnej czesci ma najmniejsza srednice, przy czym jej obwód tworzy wybrzuszona powierzchnia, która w widoku z boku ma ksztalt luku. Dno donicy ma wewnetrzna czesc o srednicy, która jest mniejsza od srednicy jej podstawy, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 i fig. 2. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of planter with a large diameter and height, intended for aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the planter from the front, and Fig. 2 shows the planter from a top view. As shown in the drawing, the planter has a monolithic, thin-walled body of uniform thickness, which has the largest diameter at the top, with its perimeter formed by a bulging surface, which in a side view has the shape of an arc. The bottom of the planter has an inner part with a diameter that is smaller than the diameter of its base. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The flowerpot has a monolithic, thin-walled body of uniform thickness, which has the largest diameter in the upper part and the smallest diameter in the lower part, with its perimeter formed by a bulging surface that, when viewed from the side, has the shape of an arc. The bottom of the flowerpot has an inner part with a diameter that is smaller than the diameter of its base, as shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
