Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, zwlaszcza na wyroby kosmetyczne i wyroby chemii gospodarczej, znajdujaca zastosowanie jako opakowanie jednostkowe wyrobów kosmetycznych i wyrobów chemii gospodarczej w postaci plynnej. Glównie beda to szampony, odzywki do wlosów, balsamy do ciala, mydla w plynie i zele do kapieli, mleczka do czyszczenia urzadzen sanitarnych oraz inne. Butelka moze byc wykorzystywana takze do konfekcjonowania innych produktów, o innym przeznaczeniu niz kosmetyka i chemia gospodarcza. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów oraz material. Butelka, zwlaszcza na wyroby kosmetyczne i wyroby chemii gospodarczej, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym moze byc wytwarzana w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z tworzyw sztucznych lub ze szkla. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonej fotografii, na której fig. 1 - przedstawia butelke w widoku ogólnym od frontu odmiana 1, fig. 2 - uwidacznia butelke w widoku ogólnym od frontu odmiana 2, natomiast fig. 3 - pokazuje butelke w widoku ogólnym od frontu odmiana 3. The bottle may also be used to package other products for purposes other than cosmetics and household chemicals. The essence of the design is the product's new and unique form, given to it by the characteristics of its lines, contours, shapes, and materials. A bottle, particularly for cosmetics and household chemicals, may be manufactured industrially or by hand, in accordance with the industrial design, from plastic or glass. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a general view from the front, variant 1, Fig. 2 shows the bottle in a general view from the front, variant 2, while Fig. 3 shows the bottle in a general view from the front, variant 3.
