Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac etykiety przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnej szacie graficznej i ko- lorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym na fig. 1 przedstawiono etykiete w widoku ogólnym. Zgloszenie obejmuje jedna odmiane wzoru. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Etykieta ma postac poziomego prostokata podzielonego na dwie czesci. Górna czesc etykiety, obejmujaca 1/5 wysokosci etykiety, posiada tlo w kolorze pomaranczowym. Dolna czesc etykiety ma kolor jasnobezowy z uzyciem gradientu przechodzacy w ciemniejszy odcien ku dolowi etykiety. Po lewej stronie etykiety znajduja sie trzy prostokaty w kolorze bezowym jasnym z gradientem przecho- dzacym w kierunku lewego dolnego rogu w ciemniejszy odcien bezowego, umieszczone ukosnie, imitujace samoprzylepne karteczki na notatki. Ponizej dolnej i lewej krawedzi kazdego z prostokatów znajduje sie cien. Najmniejszy z prostokatów umieszczony jest w lewym górnym rogu etykiety, przy czym polowa jego wysokosci znajduje sie na górnej czesci etykiety. Na jego tle znajduje napis wyko- nany pismem jednoelementowym, bezszeryfowym, w kolorze czerwonym, rozpoczynajacy sie z wiel- kiej litery „Propozycje zastosowania", przy czym wyrazy umieszczone sa jeden pod drugim. Ponizej tego napisu znajduja sie napisy: „wypieki", „wafle", „babeczki", „nalesniki", umieszczone po dwa w jednym wierszu. Po lewej stronie kazdego z wyrazów umieszczony jest symbol graficzny w kolorze czerwonym ilustrujacy kazdy z ww. produktów. Po prawej stronie prostokata, na tym samym poziomie, znajduje sie drugi poziomy prostokat o wiekszych wymiarach. Z kolei ponizej tego prostokata w jego osi umieszczony jest trzeci pionowy prostokat o najwiekszych wymiarach. W centralnej czesci etykiety znajduje sie rysunek przedstawiajacy dwie porcje ciasta, skladaja- cego sie z trzech warstw ciasta w kolorze jasnobezowym, przelozonych dwiema warstwami masy w kolorze zóltym, pomaranczowym i jasnobrazowym. Najwyzsza warstwa ciasta pokryta jest polewa w kolorze ciemnobrazowym. Porcja ciasta znajdujaca sie na pierwszym planie posiada prostokatna podstawe, natomiast na srodku jego górnej warstwy znajduje sie polówka obranego orzecha wloskie- go w kolorze jasnobrazowym. Porcja ciasta znajdujaca sie na drugim planie posiada trójkatna podsta- we. W bezposrednim sasiedztwie dolnego, prawego wierzcholka porcji ciasta znajdujacego sie na pierwszym planie, umieszczony jest rysunek cukierka krówki w kolorze zóltym, pomaranczowym i jasnobrazowym. Obie porcje ciasta oraz cukierek krówka umieszczone sa na podlozu pokrytym wzo- rem w postaci krzywej w kolorze zóltym, pomaranczowym i jasnobrazowym. W srodkowej – górnej czesci etykiety znajduje sie zlozone oznaczenie slowno-graficzne sklada- jace sie z nastepujacych elementów: (a) scietej elipsy o zielonym wypelnieniu i bialym obramowaniu, przy czym na tle wypelnienia elipsy znajduje sie napis „BAKALLAND" wykonany kapitalikami, pismem jednoelementowym, szeryfowym w kolorze bialym; (b) wizerunku slonca czesciowo zakrytego lewym górnym rogiem scietej elipsy, (c) napisu „WYSZUKANE PRZYJEMNOSCI" wykonanego kapitalikami, pismem jednoelementowym, bezszeryfowym w kolorze zielonym, umieszczonego ponad scieta elip- sa. Scieta elipsa zachodzi przy tym na czesc etykiety o jasniejszym kolorze tla. Tlo górnej czesci etykiety na powierzchni bezposredniej sasiadujacej z oznaczeniem slowno-graficznym posiada ja- sniejszy odcien. Bezposrednio ponizej slowno-graficznego oznaczenia, a po prawej stronie porcji ciasta o trój- katnej podstawie znajduje sie napis „Kajmak", rozpoczynajacy sie od wielkiej litery, wykonany pismem dwuelementowym, bezszeryfowym w kolorze pomaranczowym. Ponizej liter „m", „a" oraz „k" w napisie „Kajmak", a po prawej stronie porcji ciasta o prostokatnej podstawie umieszczony jest napis „masa krówkowa", malymi literami, pismem jednoelementowym, szeryfowym, w kolorze czarnym, przy czym wyrazy umieszczone sa jeden pod drugim. The essence of the design is a new form of the label, manifested in its original graphic design and color scheme. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Figure 1 shows a general view of the label. The application covers one design variation. Essential features of the industrial design: The label is a horizontal rectangle divided into two parts. The upper part of the label, covering 1/5 of the label height, has an orange background. The lower part of the label is light beige with a gradient fading to a darker shade towards the bottom of the label. On the left side of the label are three rectangles in light beige with a gradient fading to a darker shade of beige towards the lower left corner, placed diagonally, imitating self-adhesive notes. A shadow appears below the bottom and left edges of each rectangle. The smallest rectangle is located in the upper left corner of the label, with half its height at the top of the label. Against this background is a single-element, sans-serif inscription in red, beginning with a capital letter: "Suggested uses," with the words arranged one below the other. Below this inscription are the inscriptions: "baked goods," "wafers," "muffins," "pancakes," placed two on a single line. To the left of each word is a red graphic symbol illustrating each of the aforementioned products. To the right of the rectangle, at the same level, is a second, larger horizontal rectangle. Below this rectangle, on its axis, is a third, larger, vertical rectangle. The central part of the label features an image of two cake portions, each consisting of three layers of light beige cake, sandwiched by two layers of fondant in yellow, orange, and light brown. The top layer of cake is covered with a dark brown icing. The cake portion in the foreground has a rectangular base, while in the center of its top layer is a light brown half-shelled walnut. The cake portion in the background has a triangular base. Immediately adjacent to the lower right corner of the cake portion in the foreground is an image of a fudge candy in yellow, orange, and light brown. Both cake portions and the fudge are placed on a base covered with a curved pattern in yellow, orange, and light brown. In the central, upper part of the label there is a complex verbal and graphic marking consisting of the following elements: (a) a truncated ellipse with green filling and a white border, with the inscription "BAKALLAND" written in small caps, in a single-element, white serif font against the background of the filled ellipse; (b) an image of the sun partially covered by the upper left corner of the truncated ellipse; (c) the inscription "WYSZUKANE PRZYJEMNOSCI" written in small caps, in a single-element, sans-serif font, in green, placed above the truncated ellipse. The truncated ellipse overlaps the part of the label with a lighter background color. The background of the upper part of the label on the surface directly adjacent to the verbal and graphic marking is of a lighter shade. Directly below the word-graphic designation, and to the right of the triangular-based portion of cake, is the inscription "Kajmak," beginning with a capital letter, written in a two-element, sans-serif script in orange. Below the letters "m," "a," and "k" in the "Kajmak" inscription, and to the right of the rectangular-based portion of cake, is the inscription "masa frówkowa," written in lowercase, single-element, serif script in black, with the words placed one below the other.
