Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez ksztalt, forme, uklad linii, strukture powierzchni oraz material wytworu. Swieca moze byc wytworzona w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z materialów naturalnych i syntetycznych, w szczególnosci z wosku naturalnego lub sztucznego. The essence of the design is a new and individually characterful form of the product, given to it by the shape, form, arrangement of lines, surface structure and material of the product. The candle can be manufactured industrially or by hand from natural and synthetic materials, in particular from natural or artificial wax. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the candle in a side view, variant 1, while Fig. 2 shows the candle in a side view, variant 2. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design, variant 1, presented in illustration Fig. 1, include that the candle stylizes the shape of a screw. The candle has the shape of a cylinder, stylizing a screw shank with threading, and a base stylizing a polygonal screw head. In the upper, round surface of the candle, stylizing the screw face, there is a wick in the middle. The surface of the candle is rough and shiny.
