Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest swieca, znajdujaca zastosowanie jako element dekoracyjny pomieszczen mieszkalnych, lokali gastronomicznych i biurowych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez ksztalt, forme, uklad linii, strukture powierzchni oraz material wytworu. Swieca moze byc wytworzona w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z materialów naturalnych i syntetycznych, w szczególnosci z wosku naturalnego lub sztucznego. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym na Fig. 1 przedstawiono swiece w widoku z boku odmiana 1, zas na Fig. 2 uwidoczniono swiece w widoku z boku odmiana 2, natomiast na Fig. 3 zaprezentowano swiece w widoku z boku odmiana 3. The essence of the design is a new and individually characterful form of the product, given to it by the shape, form, arrangement of lines, surface structure and material of the product. The candle can be manufactured industrially or by hand from natural and synthetic materials, in particular from natural or artificial wax. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the candle in a side view of variant 1, while Fig. 2 shows the candle in a side view of variant 2, while Fig. 3 shows the candle in a side view of variant 3. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design, variant 1, presented in illustration Fig. 1, include that the candle in its shape stylizes a weight intended for a merchant's scale. The candle has the shape of a cylinder, provided on the side with a concave text field, with a convex inscription stylizing the size of the weight. In the upper surface of the candle there is a round, circumferential recess, passing in turn into a round convexity with a rounded edge, stylizing the handle of the weight. In the middle of the upper surface of this convexity there is a wick. The surface of the candle is rough and shiny. The essential features of the industrial design, variant 2, shown in illustration Fig. 2, include that the shape of the candle is stylized as a weight intended for a merchant's scale. The candle has the shape of a cylinder, provided on the side with a concave text field, with a convex inscription stylizing the size of the weight.
