Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez polaczenie elementów slownych i graficznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony w dwóch odmianach na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których: Fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane ornamentacji; Fig. 2 przedstawia druga odmiane ornamentacji. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego ? napis Candellana, znajdujacy sie w centralnej czesci ornamentacji; ? grafika symbolizujaca plomien, znajdujaca sie nad koncowa czescia napisu; ? w tle ornamentacji znajduja sie grafiki symbolizujace plomien. Pierwsza odmiana wzoru przedstawiona na fig. 1 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: ? napis Candellana jest w kolorze czarnym, zas tlo jest w kolorze bialym. The essence of the industrial design is a new and individually characterful form of the product, given to it by a combination of verbal and graphic elements. The subject of the industrial design is presented in two variations in the attached illustrations, in which: Fig. 1 shows the first variation of the ornamentation; Fig. 2 shows the second variation of the ornamentation. Essential features of the industrial design: the inscription "Candellana," located in the central part of the ornamentation; a graphic symbolizing a flame, located above the end of the inscription; and graphics symbolizing a flame in the background of the ornamentation. The first variation of the design, shown in Fig. 1, is characterized by: the inscription "Candellana" is in black, while the background is white. The second variant of the design shown in Fig. 2 is characterized by the following: - the inscription Candellana is in white, and the background is black.
