PL 25584 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie na lody wodne, ze stylizowanymi napisami i rysunkami, majace ksztalt tubki. Nowy i oryginalny charakter wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w kolorowej szacie graficznej na powierzchni opakowania w ksztalcie tubki, zawierajacej kompozycje stylizowanych elementów slow- nych i graficznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej barwnej ilustracji, na której fig. 1.1 przedstawia w odmianie pierwszej ksztalt, barwy i szate graficzna powierzchni zamknietej tubki, w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 1.2 – w odmianie pierwszej ksztalt, barwy i szate graficzna rozwinietej powierzchni tubki, fig. 2.1 – w odmianie drugiej ksztalt, barwy i szate graficzna powierzchni zamknietej tubki, w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2.2 – w odmianie drugiej ksztalt, barwy i szate graficzna rozwi- nietej powierzchni tubki, fig. 3.1 – w odmianie trzeciej ksztalt, barwy i szate graficzna powierzchni za- mknietej tubki, w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 3.2 – w odmianie trzeciej ksztalt, barwy i szate gra- ficzna rozwinietej powierzchni tubki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony takze na zalaczonej barwnej ilustracji zbior- czej, przedstawiajacej powierzchnie zamknietej tubki, w widoku perspektywicznym, jak na fig. 1.1, fig. 2.1 i fig. 3.1. Jak uwidoczniono na rysunku, wielobarwna powierzchnia tubki po rozwinieciu ma ksztalt zblizony do trapezu, na którego tle sa rysunki owoców i stylizowane kolorowe napisy, w tym napis „cliir light" oraz napisy odnoszace sie do narysowanych owoców: „truskawka", „marakuja" i „cytryna". Dodatkowo szata slowno-graficzna powierzchni tubki jest oznaczona Logo zglaszajacego. The new and original nature of the industrial design is manifested in the colorful graphic design on the surface of the tube-shaped packaging, containing a composition of stylized verbal and graphic elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached colour illustration, in which Fig. 1.1 shows the first variant of the shape, colours and graphic design of the surface of a closed tube, in a perspective view, Fig. 1.2 – the first variant of the shape, colours and graphic design of the expanded surface of the tube, Fig. 2.1 – the second variant of the shape, colours and graphic design of the surface of a closed tube, in a perspective view, Fig. 2.2 – the second variant of the shape, colours and graphic design of the expanded surface of the tube, Fig. 3.1 – the third variant of the shape, colours and graphic design of the surface of a closed tube, in a perspective view, and Fig. 3.2 – the third variant of the shape, colours and graphic design of the expanded surface of the tube. The subject of the industrial design is also shown in the attached color collective illustration, showing the surface of a closed tube, in a perspective view, as in Fig. 1.1, Fig. 2.1, and Fig. 3.1. As shown in the drawing, the multicolored surface of the tube, when unrolled, has a shape similar to a trapezoid, against which there are drawings of fruit and stylized color inscriptions, including the inscription "cliir light" and inscriptions referring to the drawn fruits: "strawberry," "maracuja," and "lemon." Additionally, the verbal and graphic layout of the tube surface is marked with the applicant's logo.
