The essence of the design is the product's new and unique form, given to it by its shape, line arrangement, contours, surface structure, and color scheme. The armchair may be manufactured industrially or by hand from wood, metal, or plastic. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, which shows the armchair in a perspective side view. Essential Features of the Industrial Design The essential features of the industrial design include that the armchair, in accordance with the industrial design, has an upholstered seat and backrest, covered with textile material with fanciful ornamentation. The leading edges of the seat and backrest have linear, light edges. The ornamentation of the textile material of the seat and backrest consists of parallel, linear discolorations. The backrest and seat are flat, with the backrest featuring a horizontal stitching separating the headrest. The sides of the seat feature armrests that merge into legs shaped like a broken beam, tapering at the ends. The legs are straight at the front and slightly sloping at the back.
