Description

Description of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a clothing label used in the clothing industry and trade, primarily in clothing articles.

The essence of a design is a new and individual form of the product, given to it in particular by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, colours, texture or material and by its ornamentation.

The clothing label, according to the industrial design, is made of cardboard or plastic.

The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the clothing label in a general view, variant 1, while Fig. 2 shows the clothing label in a general view, variant 2.

Essential Features of the Industrial Design The essential features of industrial design variant 1, as shown in the attached illustration, Fig. 1, include that the clothing label is shaped like a rectangular box with rounded corners, with the longer side oriented horizontally. The label's surface is steel-gray, providing a background for irregularly placed inscriptions in English. The inscriptions are gray, slightly lighter than the box's surface, stylizing their poor visibility. In some places, the surface of the letters appears worn or blurred, which results in poor visibility. The inscriptions vary in size, shape, and orientation.

At the top, in the center of the steel-gray cardboard, version 1, covered with lighter and irregularly spaced inscriptions in English, is a prominent inscription. The letters of this inscription are white, with dark borders. They are connected in groups, constituting parts of the inscription, outlined on the outside and between each other by red circumferential lines.

Below this prominent sign, several horizontal rows of informational and advertising signs are placed, composed of white letters. All letters in this sign are the same size, significantly smaller than the letters in the signs below.

The lower part of the clothing label, type 1, is also decorated with informational and advertising inscriptions, arranged in horizontal rows. The words comprising the inscription on the left side differ in size, thickness, and shape of the letters.

The inscriptions on the right side are composed of a verbal and graphic motif, composed of red letters with white borders, arranged in two horizontal rows.

Between these two motifs are placed geometric figures stylizing arrows in white and red, pointing towards the red motif.

The essential features of the industrial design variant 2, shown in the attached illustration, Fig. 2 – include that the clothing label is shaped like a rectangular box with rounded corners, with the longer side oriented horizontally.

The label's surface is cream-colored and serves as a background for irregularly placed English inscriptions. The inscriptions are gray. In some places, the surface of the letters appears worn or blurred, making them less visible. The inscriptions vary in size, shape, and orientation.

At the top, in the center of the white, cream-colored cardboard, variety 2, covered with irregularly spaced gray inscriptions in English, is a prominent inscription. The letters of this inscription are navy blue, with white borders, connected in groups that constitute the inscription's components. The inscription components are outlined on the outside and separated by red circumferential lines.

Below the prominent upper inscription, several horizontal rows of informational and advertising inscriptions are created using dark letters. All letters in this inscription are the same size, significantly smaller than the letters in the inscriptions below them.

The lower part of the clothing label, type 2, is also decorated with informational and advertising inscriptions, arranged in horizontal rows. The words comprising the inscription on the left side differ in size, thickness, and shape of the letters. They are navy blue.

The inscriptions on the right side are composed of a verbal and graphic motif, composed of red letters arranged in two horizontal rows.

Between these two motifs at the bottom of the cardboard of the clothing label variant 2 there are geometric figures stylized as arrows in navy blue and red, directed towards the red word-graphic motif.
