Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest roztwór stały w dwuskładnikowym układzie podwójnych wanadanów indu i niklu oraz żelaza i niklu o ogólnym wzorze Ni2In1-xFeVO6, gdzie 0<x< 1, w którym układ dwuskładnikowy oznacza wanadan(V) indu(III) i diniklu(II) - wanadan(V) żelaza(III) i diniklu(II). Wynalazek dotyczy również sposobu wytwarzania roztworu stałego w dwuskładnikowym układzie podwójnych wanadanów indu i niklu oraz żelaza i niklu, który charakteryzuje się tym, że związki 2NiCO3•3Ni(OH)2•4H2O, V2O5, In2O3 i Fe2O3 miesza się w stosunku molowym takim, że w przeliczeniu na składniki układu czteroskładnikowego tlenków zawartość tlenku niklu(II) wynosi zawsze 66,66% molowych, zawartość tlenku wanadu(V) wynosi zawsze 16,67% molowych, natomiast suma zawartości tlenku indu(III) i tlenku żelaza(III) wynosi zawsze 16,67% molowych, po czym mieszaniny wygrzewa się w temperaturach od 500 do 1000°C, otrzymując produkt o ogólnym wzorze Ni2In1-xFexVO6, gdzie 0<x<1. Korzystnie mieszaniny wygrzewa się w co najmniej sześciu etapach, przy czym w każdym następnym etapie temperaturę podnosi się o 50 do 300°C w stosunku do poprzedniego etapu i ogrzewa się w żądanej temperaturze przez 3 do 24 godzin, a po każdym etapie próbki ochładza się wolno do temperatury pokojowej i rozciera. Drugi sposób wytwarzania roztworu stałego w dwuskładnikowym układzie podwójnych wanadanów indu i niklu oraz żelaza i niklu, charakteryzuje się tym, że związki Ni2InVO6 i Ni2 FeVO6 miesza się, w dowolnych stosunkach molowych w %, po czym mieszaniny wygrzewa się w temperaturach z zakresu od 900 do 1000°C, po czym chłodzi i rozciera, otrzymując produkt o ogólnym wzorze Ni2In1-xFexVO6, gdzie 0<x<1. Korzystnie mieszaniny związków wygrzewa się w trzech etapach, po 24 godziny każdy, przy czym po każdym etapie próbki ochładza się wolno do temperatury pokojowej i rozciera.The subject of the invention is a solid solution in a two-component system of indium and nickel double vanadates as well as iron and nickel with the general formula Ni2In1-xFeVO6, where 0 <x <1, in which the two-component system is indium (III) and dinikel (II) vanadate (V) - iron (III) and dinikel (II) vanadate (V). The invention also relates to a process for the preparation of a solid solution in a two-component system of indium and nickel and iron and nickel double vanadates, which is characterized in that the compounds 2NiCO3 • 3Ni (OH) 2 • 4H2O, V2O5, In2O3 and Fe2O3 are mixed in a molar ratio such that in terms of the components of the four-component oxide system, the nickel (II) oxide content is always 66.66 mol%, the vanadium (V) oxide content is always 16.67 mol%, while the sum of indium (III) oxide and iron (III) oxide is always 16.67 mol%, and then the mixtures are annealed at temperatures from 500 to 1000 ° C, obtaining a product of the general formula Ni2In1-xFexVO6, where 0 <x <1. Preferably the mixtures are annealed in at least six stages, in each subsequent stage the temperature is increased by 50 to 300 ° C compared to the previous stage and heated at the desired temperature for 3 to 24 hours, and after each stage the samples are slowly cooled down to room temperature and rubbed. The second method of producing a solid solution in the two-component system of double vanadates of indium and nickel as well as iron and nickel, is characterized in that the compounds Ni2InVO6 and Ni2 FeVO6 are mixed, in any molar ratios in%, and the mixtures are then heated at temperatures ranging from 1000 ° C, then cooled and triturated to obtain a product of the general formula Ni2In1-xFexVO6, where 0 <x <1. Preferably, the compound mixtures are annealed in three stages of 24 hours each, after each stage the samples are slowly cooled to room temperature and rubbed.
