Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest roztwór stały o nieograniczonym zakresie rozpuszczalności składników w dwuskładnikowym układzie wanadanów(V) kobaltu(II) i żelaza(III) oraz magnezu i żelaza(III), o ogólnym wzorze Co2-xMgxFeV3O11, gdzie O < x < 2, w którym układ dwuskładnikowy oznacza triwanadan dikobaltu i żelaza-triwanadan dimagnezu i żelaza. Sposób wytwarzania roztworu stałego, charakteryzuje się tym, że miesza się związki Co2FeV3O11 i Mg2FeV3O11 w dowolnym stosunku molowym, a otrzymaną mieszaninę ujednorodnia się przez ucieranie, a następnie ogrzewa najlepiej w temperaturze 680°C, następnie chłodzi i rozciera, otrzymując produkt o ogólnym wzorze Co2-xMgxFeV3O11, gdzie x mieści się w przedziale 0 < x < 2. Inny sposób wytwarzania roztworu stałego o nieograniczonej rozpuszczalności składników w dwuskładnikowym układzie wanadanów(V), polegający na mieszaniu związków metali, ujednorodnianiu, ogrzewaniu i chłodzeniu otrzymanych mieszanin, charakteryzuje się tym, że związki: CoCO3, 3MgCO3•Mg(OH)2•3H2O, V2O5 i Fe2O3, miesza się w stosunku molowym takim, że w przeliczeniu na składniki układu czteroskładnikowego tlenków zawartość tlenku wanadu(V) wynosi zawsze 37,50% molowych oraz w przeliczeniu na składniki układu czteroskładnikowego tlenków zawartość tlenku żelaza(III) wynosi zawsze 12,50% molowych, natomiast suma zawartości tlenku kobaltu(II) i tlenku magnezu, zależnych od wartości x występującego we wzorze ogólnym roztworu Co2-xMgxFeV3O11, wynosi zawsze 50,00% molowych. Otrzymaną mieszaninę reagentów ujednorodnia się przez ucieranie, a następnie ogrzewa w temperaturach najlepiej z zakresu 570 do 600°C, po czym chłodzi i rozciera, otrzymując produkt o ogólnym wzorze Co2-xMgxFeV3O11, gdzie x mieści się w przedziale 0 < x < 2.The subject of the application is a solid solution with an unlimited range of solubility of components in the two-component system of vanadates (V), cobalt (II) and iron (III) as well as magnesium and iron (III), with the general formula Co2-xMgxFeV3O11, where O <x <2, where the binary system is dicobalt and iron trivanadate-dimagnesium and iron trivanadate. The method of producing a solid solution is characterized by mixing Co2FeV3O11 and Mg2FeV3O11 compounds in any molar ratio, and the obtained mixture is homogenized by trituration, and then heated preferably at a temperature of 680 ° C, then cooled and triturated, obtaining a product of the general formula Co2 -xMgxFeV3O11, where x is in the range 0 <x <2. Another method of producing a solid solution with unlimited solubility of components in a two-component system of vanadates (V), consisting in mixing metal compounds, homogenizing, heating and cooling the obtained mixtures, is characterized by: that the compounds: CoCO3, 3MgCO3 • Mg (OH) 2 • 3H2O, V2O5 and Fe2O3, are mixed in a molar ratio such that in terms of the components of the four-component oxide system, the content of vanadium (V) oxide is always 37.50 mol% and in terms of for the components of the four-component oxide system, the iron (III) oxide content is always 12.50 mol%, while the sum of the oxygen content towards cobalt (II) and magnesium oxide, depending on the value of x present in the general formula of the Co2-xMgxFeV3O11 solution, is always 50.00 mole%. The resulting mixture of reagents is homogenized by trituration and then heated at temperatures preferably in the range of 570 to 600 ° C, followed by cooling and trituration to obtain a product having the general formula Co2-xMgxFeV3O11, where x is in the range 0 <x <2.
