Abstract

Oksysól w trójskładnikowym układzie tlenków metali przejściowych, charakteryzuje się tym, że układ trójskładnikowy oznacza tlenek kadmu - tlenek indu(III) - tlenek wanadu(V) o wzorze sumarycznym Cd3In4V6O24. Sposób wytwarzania oksysoli w trójskładnikowym układzie tlenków metali przejściowych, w którym układ trójskładnikowy oznacza tlenek kadmu - tlenek indu(III) - tlenek wanadu(V), polegający na mieszaniu, ujednorodnianiu i wygrzewaniu, charakteryzuje się tym, że tlenek kadmu, tlenek indu(III) i tlenek wanadu(V) w stosunkach molowych w % jak 30:40:30 miesza się i ujednorodnia, po czym otrzymaną mieszaninę wygrzewa się w temperaturze 550 do 850°C w ciągu 12 do 72 godzin, w co najmniej trzech etapach, przy czym po każdym etapie próbki schładza się wolno do temperatury otoczenia, rozciera aż do otrzymania produktu o wzorze Cd3In4V6O24. In a variant of the invention, the method of producing oxysols in a ternary transition metal oxide system, in which the ternary system is cadmium oxide - indium (III) oxide - vanadium (V) oxide, consisting in mixing, homogenizing and annealing, characterized by the fact that indium (III) oxide ) is mixed with a compound from the V2O5-CdO system, i.e. CdV2O6, so that, expressed as a molar percentage of cadmium oxide, indium (III) oxide and vanadium (V) oxide, the ratio of 30:40:30 is obtained, and then mixed and homogenized then the obtained mixture is heated at 550 to 850 ° C for 12 to 72 hours in at least three stages, after each stage the samples are slowly cooled to ambient temperature, triturated until a product of formula Cd3In4V6O24 is obtained.
