Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku są nowe alkoksymetylo(2-hydroksyetylo)dietyloamoniowe ciecze jonowe ze słodkimi anionami, sposób ich wytwarzania oraz zastosowanie jako środków do zabezpieczania powierzchni przed gromadzeniem się ładunków elektrostatycznych. Nowe alkoksymetylo(2-hydroksyetylo)dietyloamoniowe ciecze jonowe ze słodkimi anionami o wzorze ogólnym 1, gdzie R oznacza podstawnik alkilowy o długości łańcucha węglowego od 2 do 22 atomów węgla a A oznacza anion acesulfamianowy i sacharynianowy. Sposób ich otrzymywania polega na tym, że chlorek alkoksymetylo(2-hydroksyetylo)dietyloamoniowy rozpuszcza się w metanolu lub izopropanolu, następnie dodaje się stechiometryczną ilość wodorotlenku potasu, oddziela powstały osad, a pozostałość poddaje się reakcji zobojętniania w stosunku molowym 1 : 1 z kwasem acesulfamianowym lub sacharynianowym w postaci czystej lub roztworu wodnego, lub metanolowego o stężeniu co najmniej 1%, po czym odparowuje się ropuszczalnik. Ujawniono także zastosowanie alkoksymetylo(2-hydroksyetylo)dietyloamoniowych cieczy jonowych z anionem acesulfamianowym i sacharynianowym jako środków do zabezpieczania powierzchni przed gromadzeniem się ładunków elektrostatycznych.The subject of the invention are new alkoxymethyl (2-hydroxyethyl) diethylammonium ionic liquids with sweet anions, the method of their preparation and use as a means of protecting surfaces against the accumulation of electrostatic charges. New alkoxymethyl (2-hydroxyethyl) diethylammonium ionic liquids with sweet anions of general formula 1, where R is an alkyl substituent with a carbon chain length of 2 to 22 carbon atoms and A is an acesulfamate and saccharinate anion. The method of their preparation is that alkoxymethyl (2-hydroxyethyl) diethylammonium chloride is dissolved in methanol or isopropanol, then a stoichiometric amount of potassium hydroxide is added, the resulting precipitate is separated, and the residue is subjected to a neutralization reaction in a 1: 1 molar ratio with acesulfamic acid or saccharinate in pure form or in an aqueous or methanol solution at a concentration of at least 1%, after which the solvent is evaporated. Also disclosed is the use of alkoxymethyl (2-hydroxyethyl) diethylammonium ionic liquids with acesulfamate and saccharinate as agents for protecting surfaces against the accumulation of electrostatic charges.
