Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest nośnikowy katalizator do redukcji emisji tlenku azotu (I), zwłaszcza z instalacji kwasu azotowego oraz innych źródeł gazów emitowanych do atmosfery oraz sposób jego wytwarzania. Sposób wytwarzania katalizatora charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera fazę aktywną o strukturze spinelu złożoną z tlenku kobaltu i tlenku cynku w proporcjach 4 - 8 : 1 wag., w przeliczeniu na proste tlenki Co3O4 : ZnO oraz promotor alkaliczny w postaci potasu w proporcji 50 - 120 : 1 wag, w odniesieniu do Co3O4, naniesione na uformowany nośnik złożony z ? - AL2O3, przy czym ilość fazy aktywnej stanowi 1 - 25% wag. a korzystnie 5 - 20% wag. katalizatora.
