Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są nowe amoniowe ciecze jonowe zawierające kation [2-(akryloiloksy)etylo]trimetyloamoniowy oraz anion organiczny, sposób ich otrzymywania oraz zastosowanie jako rozpuszczalniki glutenu dla przemysłu spożywczego. Nowe amoniowe ciecze jonowe, zawierające kation [2-(akryloiloksy)etylo]trimetyloamoniowy oraz anion organiczny, mają wzór ogólny 1, gdzie A oznacza anion o wzorze ogólnym 3: 2-metoksyoctanowy, lub 2-(2-metoksyetoksy)octanowy, lub 2-[2-(2-metoksyetoksy)etoksy]octanowy. Sposób otrzymywania powyższych cieczy jonowych polega na tym, że chlorek amoniowy o wzorze 2, rozpuszcza się w alkoholu alifatycznym o długości łańcucha węglowego od 1 do 4 atomów węgla, korzystnie w metanolu, i miesza w stosunku molowym od 1:0,9 do 1:1,2, korzystnie 1:1 z alkoholowym roztworem soli sodowej, lub potasowej, lub litowej, lub amonowej kwasu zawierającego anion o wzorze ogólnym 3: 2-metoksyoctanowy lub 2-(2-metoksyetoksy)octanowy, lub 2-[2-(2-metoksy-etoksy)etoksy]octanowy w temperaturze od 10 do 60°C, korzystnie 20°C, w czasie co najmniej 5 minut, następnie rozpuszczalnik odparowuje się, do uzyskania gotowego produktu.The subject of the application are new ammonium ionic liquids containing [2- (acryloyloxy) ethyl] trimethylammonium cation and organic anion, the method of their preparation and the use of gluten as solvents for the food industry. New ammonium ionic liquids containing a [2- (acryloyloxy) ethyl] trimethylammonium cation and an organic anion have the general formula 1, where A is an anion of the general formula 3: 2-methoxyacetate, or 2- (2-methoxyethoxy) acetate, or - [2- (2-methoxyethoxy) ethoxy] acetate. The method of obtaining the above ionic liquids is that the ammonium chloride of formula II dissolves in an aliphatic alcohol with a carbon chain length of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, preferably in methanol, and mixed in a molar ratio of 1: 0.9 to 1: 1,2, preferably 1: 1 with an alcoholic solution of sodium, potassium, or lithium or ammonium salt containing an anion of the general formula 3: 2-methoxyacetate or 2- (2-methoxyethoxy) acetate, or 2- [2- ( 2-methoxy-ethoxy) ethoxy] acetate at a temperature of 10 to 60 ° C, preferably 20 ° C, for at least 5 minutes, then the solvent is evaporated to obtain the finished product.
