Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są dwufunkcyjne ciecze jonowe z kationem cyprokonazolu i anionem pochodzącym od fenoksykwasu, o wzorze ogólnym 1, w którym A oznacza anion 2,4-dichlorofenoksyoctanowy o wzorze 4A albo 4-chloro-2-metylofenoksyoctanowy o wzorze 4B, albo 2-(4-chloro-2-metylofenoksy)propionianowy o wzorze 4C, zaś R oznacza atom wodoru, grupę etylową lub grupę propylową. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest też sposób ich otrzymywania, który polega na tym, że cyprokonazol rozpuszcza się w metanolu lub etanolu i poddaje reakcji chemicznej z kwasem 2,4-dichlorofenoksyoctowym albo 4-chloro-2-metylofenoksyoctowym, albo 2-(4-chloro-2-metylofenoksy)propionowym w temperaturze 20°C i w czasie co najmniej 60 minut, następnie odparowuje się rozpuszczalnik, a pozostałość suszy w warunkach obniżonego ciśnienia w temperaturze co 30 - 50°C , korzystnie 40°C do otrzymania gotowego produktu. Zgłoszenie zawiera też zastosowanie dwufunkcyjnych cieczy jonowych z kationem cyprokonazolu i anionem pochodzącym od fenoksykwasu, jako fungicydy albo herbicydy.The subject of the application are bifunctional ionic liquids with a cyproconazole cation and an anion derived from phenoxy acid, of general formula 1, in which A is a 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetate anion of formula 4A or 4-chloro-2-methylphenoxyacetate of formula 4B or 2- (4 -chloro-2-methylphenoxy) propionate of formula 4C and R represents a hydrogen atom, an ethyl group or a propyl group. The subject of the application is also the method of their preparation, which consists in the fact that cyproconazole dissolves in methanol or ethanol and undergoes a chemical reaction with 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid or 4-chloro-2-methylphenoxyacetic acid or 2- (4-chloro-2 -methylphenoxy) propionic at 20 ° C and for at least 60 minutes, then the solvent is evaporated and the residue is dried under reduced pressure at 30-50 ° C, preferably 40 ° C to obtain the final product. The application also contains the use of bifunctional ionic liquids with a cyproconazole cation and a phenoxy acid anion as fungicides or herbicides.
