Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są nowe herbicydowe ciecze jonowe z kationem bicyklicznym, zawierającym w podstawieniu alkilowym od 4 do 18 atomów węgla, o wzorze ogólnym 1, w którym A- oznacza anion4-chloro-2-metylofenoksyoctanowy o wzorze 2. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest też sposób ich otrzymywania, który polega na tym, że bromek 1-alkilo-1-azonia-4-azabicyklo[2.2.2]oktanu, o wzorze ogólnym 3, rozpuszcza się w wodzie, dalej wprowadza się do kolumny wypełnionej silnie zasadową żywicą anionowymienną oraz wodą, następnie eluat zobojętnia się kwasem 4-chloro-2-metylofenoksyoctowym w stosunku stechiometrycznym wodorotlenku 1-alkilo-1-azonia-4-azabicyklo[2.2.2]oktanu do kwasu 1:1, reakcję tę prowadzi się w metanolu albo wodzie w temperaturze korzystnie 20°C, w czasie od 30 do 45 minut, korzystnie przez 30 minut, po czym rozpuszczalnik odparowuje się pod obniżonym ciśnieniem, a powstały produkt suszy pod obniżonym ciśnieniem w temperaturze od 70 do 80°C, korzystnie 70°C. Zgłoszenie obejmuje także zastosowanie nowych herbicydowych cieczy jonowych jako herbicydy.The subject of the application are new herbicidal ionic liquids with a bicyclic cation with alkyl substitution from 4 to 18 carbon atoms, of the general formula 1, in which A- is a 4-chloro-2-methylphenoxyacetate anion of the formula 2. The subject of the application is also the method of their preparation , which consists in dissolving 1-alkyl-1-azonia-4-azabicyclo [2.2.2] octane bromide, of the general formula 3 in water, is further introduced into a column filled with strongly basic anion exchange resin and water, then the eluate is neutralized with 4-chloro-2-methylphenoxyacetic acid in a stoichiometric ratio of 1-alkyl-1-azonia-4-azabicyclo [2.2.2] octane hydroxide to the acid 1: 1, this reaction is carried out in methanol or water at a temperature preferably of 20 ° C, for 30 to 45 minutes, preferably 30 minutes, after which the solvent is evaporated off under reduced pressure and the resulting product is dried under reduced pressure at a temperature of 70 to 80 ° C, preferably 70 ° C. The application also covers the use of the novel herbicidal ionic liquids as herbicides.
