Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są Fosfoniowe ciecze jonowe z kationem n-alkilotrifenylofosfoniowym oraz anionem (4-chloro-2-metylofenoksy)octanowym lub (2,4-dichlorofenoksy)octanowym, o wzorze 2, w którym A- oznacza anion (4-chloro-2-metylofenoksy)octowy (MCPA) o wzorze ogólnym 3 lub (2,4-dichlorofenoksy)octowym (2,4-D) o wzorze ogólnym 4, a R oznacza łańcuch alkilowy o 4, 6, 8 lub 10 atomach węgla. Zgłoszenie obejmuje też sposób ich otrzymywania, który polega na tym, że do bromku n-alkilotrifenylofosfoniowego o wzorze ogólnym 1, dodaje się soli potasowej kwasów (2,4-dichlorofenoksy)octowego, albo (4-chloro-2-metylofenoksy)octowego, w stosunku molowym soli czwartorzędowej do bromku fosfoniowego 1:1, przy czym reakcje przeprowadzi się w temperaturze od 25 do 60°C, korzystnie 30°C, w metanolu, następnie odparowuje się rozpuszczalnik i dodaje się acetonu lub mieszaniny aceton-metanol(10:1), a wytrącony produkt uboczny odsącza się, z kolei z przesączu odparowuje się rozpuszczalniki, powstały produkt suszy się w temperaturze od 55 do75°C, korzystnie 70°C. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest też zastosowanie fosfoniowych cieczy jonowych z kationem n-alkilotrifenylofosfoniowym oraz anionem (4-chloro-2-metylofenoksy)octanowym lub (2,4-dichlorofenoksy)octanowym jako herbicydy.The subject of the application are phosphonium ionic liquids with an n-alkyltriphenylphosphonium cation and an (4-chloro-2-methylphenoxy) acetate or (2,4-dichlorophenoxy) acetate anion, of the formula 2, in which A- is an anion (4-chloro-2- methylphenoxy) acetic acid (MCPA) of general formula 3 or (2,4-dichlorophenoxy) acetic (2,4-D) of general formula 4 and R is an alkyl chain with 4, 6, 8 or 10 carbon atoms. The application also covers the method of their preparation, which consists in adding the potassium salt of (2,4-dichlorophenoxy) acetic acids or (4-chloro-2-methylphenoxy) acetic acids to the n-alkyltriphenylphosphonium bromide of general formula 1 in the molar ratio of quaternary salt to phosphonium bromide 1: 1, the reactions are carried out at a temperature of 25 to 60 ° C, preferably 30 ° C, in methanol, then the solvent is evaporated and acetone or acetone-methanol mixture (10: 1) is added ), and the precipitated by-product is filtered off, then the solvents are evaporated from the filtrate, the resulting product is dried at a temperature of 55 to 75 ° C, preferably 70 ° C. The subject of the application is also the use of phosphonium ionic liquids with an n-alkyltriphenylphosphonium cation and an (4-chloro-2-methylphenoxy) acetate or (2,4-dichlorophenoxy) acetate anion as herbicides.
