Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są nowe słodkie bisamoniowe sole z kationem alkilo-1,X-bis(decylodimetyloamoniowym) i anionem sacharynianowym, o wzorze ogólnym 1, gdzie R oznacza łącznik alkilowy od czterech do dwunastu atomów węgla, A- oznacza anion sacharyniowy o wzorze ogólnym 3. Zgłoszenie obejmuje też sposób ich otrzymywania, który polega na tym, że dibromek alkilo-1,X-bis(decylodimetyloamoniowy), o wzorze ogólnym 2, poddaje się reakcji wymiany z sacharynianem sodu, w stosunku molowym soli do dibromku bisamoniowego 2 : 1 w temperaturze od 25 do 40°C, korzystnie 25°C, w rozpuszczalnikach takich jak: izopropanol lub butanol, lub etanol, następnie odsącza się produkt uboczny w postaci soli nieorganicznej i odparowuje rozpuszczalnik, a produkt końcowy suszy się w temperaturze 70°C. The application also includes a method for their preparation, which consists in the fact that the alkyl-1, X-bis (decyldimethylammonium) dibromide, of general formula 2, is subjected to an exchange reaction with sodium saccharin, in a molar ratio of salt to bisammonium 2: 1 dibromide at a temperature of from 25 to 40 ° C, preferably 25 ° C, in solvents such as isopropanol or butanol or ethanol, the by-product in the form of inorganic salt is then filtered off and the solvent is evaporated, and the final product is dried at 70 ° C. The subject of the application is also the use of bisammonium salts with an alkyl-1, X-bis (decyldimethylammonium) cation and saccharinate anion as food detectors.
