Abstract
Zgłoszony sposób polega na tym, że do substratu którym jest 4'-aminoacetofenon o wzorze 1 dodaje się co najmniej jeden rozpuszczalnik organiczny, charakterystyczny dla pochodnych acetofenonów, wodorotlenek oraz drugi substrat, którym jest 4-etylobenzaldehyd o wzorze 2, co stanowi mieszaninę reakcyjną, którą zabezpiecza się przed dostępem światła i pozostawia w temperaturze od 20°C do 30°C na okres 72 do 96 godzin przy ciągłym mieszaniu, po czym przereagowaną mieszaninę wylewa się do schłodzonej wody i zobojętnia 1-molowym kwasem solnym do wartości pH od 6,0 do 7,0, a następnie prowadzi się ekstrakcję rozpuszczalnikiem organicznym niemieszającym się z wodą, osusza bezwodnym siarczanem magnezu i/lub bezwodnym siarczanem sodu, a rozpuszczalnik odparowuje się, następnie otrzymany ekstrakt oczyszcza się.
