Zgłoszenie dotyczy sposobu wytwarzania 3ß,7?-dihydroksyandrost-5-en-17-onu o wzorze 2. Przedmiotowy wzór polega na tym, że w wyniku działania układu enzymatycznego zawartego w komórkach szczepu Isaria farinosa KCh KW1.1 o sekwencji 1, następuje hydroksylacja przy nieaktywowanym atomie węgla C-7. Uzyskany w ten sposób produkt wydziela się z wodnej kultury mikroorganizmu, znanym sposobem, przez ekstrakcję rozpuszczalnikiem organicznym niemieszającym się z wodą (chloroform).The application relates to a method for producing 3, 7'-dihydroxyandrost-5-en-17-one of formula 2. The subject formula is that as a result of the enzymatic system contained in cells of the strain Isaria farinosa KCh KW1.1 with sequence 1, hydroxylation occurs with the non-activated C-7 carbon atom. The product thus obtained is separated from the aqueous culture of the microorganism in a known manner by extraction with a water-immiscible organic solvent (chloroform).
