Abstract

Zgłoszenie dotyczy sposobu wytwarzania 6α-hydroksyandrost-4- en-3,17-dionu o wzorze 2. W wyniku działania układu enzymatycznego zawartego w komórkach szczepu Trichoderma atroviride KCh TRW, następuje regio- i stereoselektywne wprowadzenie grupy hydroksylowej przy szóstym atomie węgla (C-6) w pozycji ekwatorialnej, poprzedzone utlenieniem grupy hydroksylowej przy trzecim atomie węgla i izomeryzacją wiązania podwójnego z 5-en do 4-en. Uzyskany w ten sposób produkt wydziela się z wodnej kultury mikroorganizmu, znanym sposobem, przez ekstrakcję rozpuszczalnikiem organicznym niemieszającym się z wodą (chloroform).The application concerns a method for producing 6α-hydroxyandrost-4-en-3,17-dione of formula 2. As a result of the action of the enzymatic system contained in the cells of the Trichoderma atroviride KCh TRW strain, a regio- and stereoselective introduction of the hydroxyl group at the sixth carbon atom (C- 6) in the equatorial position, preceded by the oxidation of the hydroxyl group at the third carbon atom and isomerization of the double bond from 5-ene to 4-ene. The product obtained in this way is isolated from the aqueous culture of the microorganism in a known method, by extraction with an organic solvent immiscible with water (chloroform).
