Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest hybrydowy kondensator elektrochemiczny z elektrodą węglową o właściwościach redoks pracujący w elektrolicie protycznym, w którym oddzielone separatorem elektrody wykonane są z materiału węglowego, przy czym powierzchnia jednej elektrody jest zmodyfikowana poprzez kowalencyjne przyłączenie cząsteczek o właściwościach redoks, zaś druga elektroda jest wytworzona z węgla aktywnego o wysokorozwiniętej powierzchni, a elektrolit protyczny stanowi protonowa ciecz jonowa, korzystnie bis(trifluorometylosulfonylo)imidku trietyloamoniowym.The subject of the application is a hybrid electrochemical capacitor with a redox electrode working in a protic electrolyte, in which the separated electrodes are made of carbon material, the surface of one electrode is modified by covalent attachment of redox molecules, and the other electrode is made of carbon active with a highly developed surface and the protic electrolyte is a protic ionic liquid, preferably triethylammonium bis (trifluoromethylsulfonyl) imide.
