Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są sacharyniany alkilo[2-(2-hydroksyetoksy)etylo]dimetyloamoniowe, o wzorze ogólnym 1, w którym R oznacza podstawnik alkilowy od 2 do 16 atomów węgla. Zgłoszenie obejmuje też sposób ich otrzymywania, który polega na tym, że bromek alkilo[2-(2-hydroksyetoksy)etylo]dimetyloamoniowy o wzorze ogólnym 2, w którym R oznacza podstawnik alkilowy od 2 do 16 atomów węgla, poddaje się reakcji wymiany anionu z sacharynianem sodu o wzorze 3, w stosunku molowym od 1:1 do 1:1,1 w temperaturze od 15 do 50°C (korzystnie w 20°C) w alkoholu alifatycznym o długości łańcucha węglowego od 1 do 3 atomów węgla w czasie od 30 minut do 5 godzin, korzystnie 1 godziny, następnie odsącza się produkt uboczny w postaci soli nieorganicznej, a z przesączu odparowuje rozpuszczalnik, po czym pozostałość suszy pod obniżonym ciśnieniem. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest też zastosowanie sacharynianów alkilo[2-(2-hydroksyetoksy)etylo]dimetyloamoniowe o wzorze ogólnym 1, w którym R oznacza podstawnik alkilowy od 2 do 16 atomów węgla jako deterenty pokarmowe.The subject of the application are alkyl [2- (2-hydroxyethoxy) ethyl] dimethylammonium saccharines of the general formula 1 in which R is an alkyl substituent from 2 to 16 carbon atoms. The application also includes a method for their preparation, which consists in the fact that the alkyl [2- (2-hydroxyethoxy) ethyl] dimethylammonium bromide of general formula 2, wherein R is an alkyl substituent from 2 to 16 carbon atoms, undergoes an anion exchange reaction with sodium saccharin with formula 3, in a molar ratio of 1: 1 to 1: 1.1 at 15 to 50 ° C (preferably at 20 ° C) in an aliphatic alcohol with a carbon chain length of 1 to 3 carbon atoms during 30 minutes to 5 hours, preferably 1 hour, the by-product in the form of inorganic salt is then filtered off, and the solvent is evaporated from the filtrate, and the residue is dried under reduced pressure. The subject of the application is also the use of alkyl [2- (2-hydroxyethoxy) ethyl] dimethylammonium saccharinate of the general formula 1, in which R is an alkyl substituent from 2 to 16 carbon atoms as food detectors.
