Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku są nowe ciecze jonowe z kationem alkilo(karboksymetylo)dimetyloamoniowym oraz anionem 1,4-bis(2-etyloheksoksy)-1,4-dioksobutano-2-sulfonianowym, o wzorze 1, gdzie R oznacza podstawnik od metylowego do decylowego. Zgłoszenie obejmuje także sposób ich otrzymywania, który polega na tym, że chlorek lub bromek alkilo(karboksymetylo)dimetyloamoniowy rozpuszcza się w metanolu lub etanolu i poddaje się reakcji wymiany z 1,4-bis(2-etyloheksoksy)-1,4-dioksobutano-2-sulfonianem sodu w stosunku molowym chlorku do soli sodowej 1:1, w temperaturze od 20 do 35°C, korzystnie 25°C, następnie odsącza się nieorganiczny produkt uboczny, po czym produkt rozpuszcza się w acetonie, dalej wytrącony osad odsącza się, a od produktu odparowuje się rozpuszczalnik i suszy pod obniżonym ciśnieniem w temperaturze 70°C. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także zastosowanie nowych cieczy jonowe z kationem alkilo(karboksymetylo)dimetyloamoniowym jako środki odtłuszczające powierzchnie robocze.The present invention relates to new ionic liquids with an alkyl (carboxymethyl) dimethylammonium cation and a 1,4-bis (2-ethylhexoxy) -1,4-dioxobutane-2-sulfonate anion of the formula I, where R is methyl to decyl. The application also covers the method of their preparation, which consists in dissolving alkyl (carboxymethyl) dimethylammonium chloride or bromide in methanol or ethanol and reacting with 1,4-bis (2-ethylhexoxy) -1,4-dioxobutane- Sodium 2-sulphonate in a molar ratio of chloride to sodium salt of 1: 1, at a temperature of 20 to 35 ° C, preferably 25 ° C, then the inorganic by-product is filtered off, then the product is dissolved in acetone, the precipitate is further filtered off, and the product was evaporated from the solvent and dried in vacuo at 70 ° C. The subject of the application is also the use of new ionic liquids with an alkyl (carboxymethyl) dimethylammonium cation as degreasing agents for working surfaces.
