Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania nieftalanowego plastyfikatora poliestrowego, zablokowanego monoalkoholem alifatycznym, w etapowym procesie kondensacji, który charakteryzuje się tym, że reakcji kondensacji, prowadzonej w temperaturze poniżej 190°C, poddaje się kwas bursztynowy, korzystnie pochodzący ze źródeł bioodnawialnych, ewentualnie w mieszaninie z dalszym dwukarboksylowym kwasem alifatycznym i/lub aromatycznym, z mieszaniną glikoli zawierającą od 60 do 90% wagowych glikoli rozgałęzionych, przy czym ilość wszystkich glikoli w odniesieniu do całkowitej ilości substratów wynosi poniżej 50% wagowych, a dalsze dwukarboksylowe kwasy, zwłaszcza aromatyczne, stanowią nie więcej niż 10% wagowych całkowitej ilości użytych kwasów dwukarboksylowych.The subject of the application is a method for the preparation of a non-phthalate polyester plasticizer blocked with an aliphatic monoalcohol in a step-by-step condensation process characterized in that succinic acid, preferably derived from bio-renewable sources, is subjected to a condensation reaction at a temperature below 190 ° C, possibly in a mixture with with a further aliphatic and / or aromatic dicarboxylic acid, with a glycol mixture containing from 60 to 90% by weight of branched glycols, the amount of total glycols based on the total amount of starting materials being less than 50% by weight, and further dicarboxylic acids, especially aromatic ones, constituting no more than than 10% by weight of the total amount of dicarboxylic acids used.
