Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest hybrydowa pochodna flawanonu, którą stanowi pochodna tiokarbohydrazonowa flawanonu o nazwie chemicznej N'-((E)-2-fenylochroman-4-ylideno)-2-((Z)-2-fenylochroman-4-ylideno)hydrazino-1-karbotiohydrazyd, o wzorze. Przedmiotem jest także sposób otrzymywania hybrydowej pochodnej flawanonu, o wzorze z rysunku, polegający na tym, że flawanon poddaje się reakcji z tiokarbohydrazydem w środowisku bezwodnego etanolu w obecności stężonego kwasu siarkowego, po czym mieszaninę reakcyjną pozostawia się do wystudzenia i następnie do wytrącenia się osadu, a wytrącony osad produktu sączy się pod próżnią i przemywa etanolem.The subject of the application is a hybrid flavanone derivative, which is a flavanone thiocarbohydrazone derivative with the chemical name N '- ((E) -2-phenylchroman-4-ylidene) -2 - ((Z) -2-phenylchroman-4-ylidene) hydrazine-1 -carbothiohydrazide, of the formula. The subject matter is also a method for the preparation of a hybrid derivative of flavanone, with the formula shown in the figure, consisting in reacting flavanone with thiocarbohydrazide in a medium of anhydrous ethanol in the presence of concentrated sulfuric acid, after which the reaction mixture is left to cool down and then to form a precipitate, and the precipitated product is filtered under vacuum and washed with ethanol.
