Abstract
Zgłoszenie dotyczy sposobu wytwarzania 4'-hydroksyflawonu o wzorze 2. Postępując zgodnie z wynalazkiem, w wyniku działania układu enzymatycznego zawartego w komórkach szczepu Beauveria bassiana KCh J1, następuje O-demetylacja. Uzyskany w ten sposób produkt wydziela się z wodnej kultury mikroorganizmu, znanym sposobem, przez ekstrakcję rozpuszczalnikiem organicznym niemieszającym się z wodą (octan etylu).
