Sonda oligonukleotydowa do wykrywania obecności RNA wybrana z grupy obejmującej sekwencje numer od SEQ. ID 1 do SEQ. ID 24 oraz zestaw takich sond wykorzystywany do wykrywania w próbkach biologicznych i środowiskowych obecności RNA wirusa SARS-CoV-2. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także zastosowanie sond lub ich zestawu do wykrywania obecności RNA wirusa SARS-CoV-2 w reakcji qPCR oraz jako część biologiczna do funkcjonalizacji czujników do wykrywania obecności RNA wirusa SARS-CoV-2 opartych na metodach elektrochemicznych.
