Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania nanocząstek tlenku cynku, w którym mieszaninę zawierającą prekursor cynkoorganiczny oraz ligand organiczny o charakterze jonu obojnaczego (S) w aprotycznym rozpuszczalniku organicznym poddaje się działaniu czynnika utleniającego, przy czym jako prekursor cynkoorganiczny stosuje się związek dialkilo- lub diarylocynkowy o wzorze R<sub>2</sub>Zn, w którym: R oznacza liniową, rozgałęzioną lub cykliczną grupę alkilową C1-C10 lub liniową, rozgałęzioną lub cykliczną grupę alkenylową C1-C10, grupę benzylową, grupę fenylową, grupę mezytylową, w których dowolny atom wodoru może być podstawiony atomem fluoru, chloru, bromu lub jodu; S oznacza dwufunkcyjne ligandy organiczne zawierające odseparowane fragmenty o ładunku dodatnim i ujemnym, perfluorowane pochodne tych związków, lub mieszaniny tych związków; a jako czynnik utleniający stosuje się powietrze atmosferyczne, tlen, wodę i ich mieszaniny. Przedmiotem wynalazku są również nanocząstki tlenku cynku wytworzone sposobem według wynalazku.
