Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób izomeryzacji geraniolu w obecności katalizatora, według wynalazku, w fazie ciekłej, przy ilości katalizatora od 1% do 10% wagowych, w temperaturze 50°C - 80°C, w atmosferze powietrza i pod ciśnieniem atmosferycznym, z intensywnością mieszania 500 obr/min, przy czym do reaktora wprowadza się w pierwszej kolejności geraniol, a później katalizator, który charakteryzuje się tym, że jako katalizator stosuje się wermikulit o następującym składzie : Fe 12,63%, Si 8,14%, Ca 3,12%, Al 1,95%, Ti 0,6%, K 0,51%, Ni 0,33%, P 0,26%,Cl 0,18%, Mn 0,17%, Cr 0,14%.The subject of the application is a method of isomerizing geraniol in the presence of a catalyst, according to the invention, in the liquid phase, with the amount of catalyst from 1% to 10% by weight, at a temperature of 50°C - 80°C, in an air atmosphere and under atmospheric pressure, with a mixing intensity of 500 rpm, wherein geraniol is introduced into the reactor first, and then the catalyst, which is characterized in that vermiculite of the following composition is used as the catalyst: Fe 12.63%, Si 8.14%, Ca 3.12%, Al 1.95%, Ti 0.6%, K 0.51%, Ni 0.33%, P 0.26%, Cl 0.18%, Mn 0.17%, Cr 0.14%.
