Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób izomeryzacji geraniolu, w fazie ciekłej, w obecności katalizatora, który charakteryzuje się tym, że jako katalizator stosuje się zmielony do postaci proszku i odsiany na sicie 0,25 mm sepiolit w ilości 2,5 - 15% wagowych w mieszaninie reakcyjnej. Stosuje się sepiolit o następującym składzie: glin 1,60%, krzem 47,29%, wapń 13,85%, potas 0,38%, magnez 35,66%, tytan 0,16% i żelazo 0,36%. Proces izomeryzacji geraniolu prowadzi się w temperaturze 80 - 150°C i w czasie od 15 minut do 24 godzin, w atmosferze powietrza, pod ciśnieniem atmosferycznym, stosując intensywność mieszania 500 obr/min. Do reaktora wprowadza się w pierwszej kolejności geraniol, a później katalizator.The subject of the application is the method of isomerization of geraniol, in the liquid phase, in the presence of a catalyst, which is characterized by the use of sepiolite, ground to a powder form and sieved on a 0.25 mm sieve, in the amount of 2.5 - 15% by weight in the reaction mixture. . The process of geraniol isomerization is carried out at the temperature of 80 - 150 ° C and for 15 minutes to 24 hours, in the air atmosphere, under atmospheric pressure, with the mixing intensity of 500 rpm. First, the geraniol is introduced into the reactor, followed by the catalyst.
