Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób izomeryzacji geraniolu w obecności katalizatora, według wynalazku, w fazie ciekłej, przy ilości katalizatora od 1% do 10% wagowych, w temperaturze 80°C - 150°C w atmosferze powietrza i pod ciśnieniem atmosferycznym z intensywnością mieszania 500 obr./min, w czasie od 15 minut do 24 godzin, przy czym do reaktora wprowadza się w pierwszej kolejności geraniol, a później katalizator, charakteryzuje się tym, że jako katalizator stosuje się kaolin o następującym składzie : Si-4,72%, Al-2,51%, K-0,94%, Fe-044%, Ti-0,23%.The subject of the application is a method of isomerizing geraniol in the presence of a catalyst, according to the invention, in the liquid phase, with the amount of catalyst from 1% to 10% by weight, at a temperature of 80°C - 150°C in an air atmosphere and under atmospheric pressure with a stirring intensity of 500 rpm, for a time of 15 minutes to 24 hours, wherein geraniol is introduced into the reactor first, and then the catalyst, characterized in that kaolin of the following composition is used as the catalyst: Si - 4.72%, Al - 2.51%, K - 0.94%, Fe - 0.44%, Ti - 0.23%.
