Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób izomeryzacji geraniolu, według wynalazku, w fazie ciekłej, w obecności katalizatora, który charakteryzuje się tym, że jako katalizator stosuje się zmielony do postaci proszku i odsiany na sicie 0,25 mm montmorylonit w ilości 1 - 10% wagowych w mieszaninie reakcyjnej. Stosuje się montmorylonito następującym składzie: glin 2,69%, krzem 20,16%, fosfor 0,16%, chlor 0,20%, potas 2,13%, wapń 0,38%, tytan 0,47%, żelaza 2,81%. Proces izomeryzacji geraniolu prowadzi się w temperaturze 50 - 80°C i w czasie od 15 minut do 24 godzin, w atmosferze powietrza, pod ciśnieniem atmosferycznym, stosując intensywność mieszania 500 obr/min. Do reaktora wprowadza się w pierwszej kolejności geraniol, a później katalizator.The subject of the application is the method of isomerization of geraniol, according to the invention, in the liquid phase, in the presence of a catalyst, which is characterized in that the catalyst is ground to a powder form and sieved on a 0.25 mm sieve with montmorillonite in the amount of 1 - 10% by weight in the mixture reactionary. Montmorillonite is used in the following composition: aluminum 2.69%, silicon 20.16%, phosphorus 0.16%, chlorine 0.20%, potassium 2.13%, calcium 0.38%, titanium 0.47%, iron 2 , 81%. The geraniol isomerization process is carried out at the temperature of 50-80 ° C and for 15 minutes to 24 hours, in the air atmosphere, under atmospheric pressure, with the mixing intensity of 500 rpm. First, the geraniol is introduced into the reactor, followed by the catalyst.
