Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania poli(kwasu jabłkowego) z zastosowaniem bezpośredniej reakcji polikondensacji, charakteryzujący się tym, że przygotowuje się mieszaninę kwasu jabłkowego i alkoholu monohydroksylowego w stosunku molowym odpowiednio od 1:1 do 1:10, następnie mieszaninę reakcyjną ogrzewa się w temperaturze 50°C - 150°C przez 12 – 26 h w obecności katalizatora w ilości 5% względem monomeru kwasu, po czym mieszaninę reakcyjną zobojętnia się, a uzyskany diester poddaje się reakcji polikondensacji w reaktorze mikrofalowym w temperaturze 100°C - 200°C, w czasie od 1 do 10 min przy zastosowaniu mocy reaktora w zakresie od 50 do 200 W, przy czym otrzymany poli(kwas) jabłkowy posiada ciężar cząsteczkowy w zakresie 8 - 10 kDa.
