Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób jednoczesnej biofortyfikacji warzyw w cynk i jod. Do fertygacji upraw roślin warzywnych używa się roztworu jodku cynku o stężeniu od 0,001 do 0,020 mmol/l, przy czym całkowita dawka w przeliczeniu na jod i cynk wynosi od 0,5 do 10,0 kg l/ha oraz 0,25 do 5,0 kg Zn/ha powierzchni upraw roślin o krótkim okresie wegetacji oraz od 2 do 40 kg l/ha i od 1 do 20 kg Zn/ha powierzchni upraw o długim okresie wegetacji, a fertygację roztworem jodku cynku rozpoczyna się od 2 do 3 tygodni po posadzeniu roślin w miejsce stałe i kontynuuje w sposób ciągły w uprawach bezglebowych i hydroponicznych oraz w odstępach od 5 do 14 dni w uprawach glebowych w zależności od długości okresu wegetacji roślin, a kończy się wraz z ostatnimi zbiorami konsumpcyjnych części roślin. Zgłoszenie obejmuje też zastosowanie jodku cynku do jednoczesnej biofortyfikacji warzyw w jod i cynk.The subject of the application is a method of simultaneous biofortification of vegetables with zinc and iodine. For fertigation of vegetable crops, a zinc iodide solution with a concentration of 0.001 to 0.020 mmol/l is used, wherein the total dose in terms of iodine and zinc is from 0.5 to 10.0 kg l/ha and 0.25 to 5.0 kg Zn/ha of the area of crops with a short vegetation period and from 2 to 40 kg l/ha and from 1 to 20 kg Zn/ha of the area of crops with a long vegetation period, and fertigation with a zinc iodide solution is started from 2 to 3 weeks after planting the plants in a permanent place and is continued continuously in soilless and hydroponic crops and at intervals of 5 to 14 days in soil crops, depending on the length of the vegetation period of the plants, and ends with the last harvest of consumable parts of the plants. The application also covers the use of zinc iodide for the simultaneous biofortification of vegetables with iodine and zinc.
