SOF A Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 05.05.2003r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest sofa. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego uksztaltowaniu i zdobieniach. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany zostal na zalaczonych rysunkach , na których fig. 1 przedstawia sofe w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 przedstawia sofe w widoku bocznym, zas fig. 3 przedstawia sofe w widoku czolowo - bocznym . Sofa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada wydluzona plyte dolna w postaci splaszczonego prostopadloscianu o scietych ukosnie do dolu plaszczyznach bocznych i lekko zaokraglonych naroznikach. Powierzchnia frontowa plyty dolnej podzielona jest na trzy sekcje , z których srodkowa jest dluga a sekcje boczne sa krótkie , zas linie oddzielajace sekcje srodkowa od sekcji bocznych ulozone sa pionowo . Na sekcji srodkowej plytydolnej sofy ulozone jest zblizonej grubosci siedzisko w postaci dwóch stykajacych sie plyt o ukosnie scietych do dolu krawedziach bocznych powierzchni frontowej i nieznacznie wypuklych plaszczyznach górnych. Na sekcjach bocznych plyty dolnej sofy spoczywaja oparcia boczne w postaci grubych oparc bocznych , które w widoku frontowym maja postac rombów skierowanych odchyleniem na zewnatrz . W widoku frontowym wewnetrzne plaszczyzny oparc bocznych lacza sie z pionowymi liniami rozgraniczajacymi sekcje plyty dolnej , zas ich plaszczyzny zewnetrzne zachodza na szerokosc okolo 2/3 szerokosci sekcji bocznych plyty dolnej sofy tworzac ozdobna zewnetrzna pólke. Powierzchnie frontowe oparc bocznych sofy sciete sa nieznacznie ukosnie do dolu zas od góry przechodza lagodnym zaokragleniem w plaszczyzny wierzchnie oparc bocznych. W widoku bocznym oparcia boczne maja ukosnie sciete do dolu krawedzie tylne przylegajace do ukosnie ustawionej scianki tylnej sofy, która ma z boku ksztalt rombu o lekko wygietej tylnej powierzchni i nieznacznym górnym zwezeniu. Scianka tylna sofy ma szerokosc równa szerokosci plyty dolnej , zas jej krawedzie boczne ustawione sa pionowo. Na siedzisku sofy ulozone sa dwie poduszki oparcia tylnego przylegajace od tylu do scianki tylnej . Poduszki oparcia tylnego pochylone sa do tylu i maja postac dwóch zlaczonych sekcji - dolnej i górnej . Sekcje dolne poduszek oparcia tylnego fotela maja w widoku frontowym postac wydluzonych prostokatów z ukosnie scietymi do dolu bokami od strony zewnetrznej i prostymi bokami od strony wewnetrznej. Górna krawedz sekcji dolnych poduszek oparcia tylnego pokrywa sie z linia plaszczyzn wierzchnich oparc bocznych sofy. Sekcje górne poduszek oparcia tylnego sofy w widoku frontowym maja postac wydluzonych i stykajacych sie ze soba prostokatów o ukosnie scietych ku górze bokach zewnetrznych i prostych bokach od strony wewnetrznej . Linia górnych krawedzi poduszek oparcia tylnego wychodzi ponad linie górnej krawedzi scianki tylnej sofy. Partie skrajne poduszek oparcia tylnego sofy zachodza po bokach w okolice srodkowych partii plaszczyzn wierzchnich oparc bocznych, przy czym szerokosclaczna sekcji górnych poduszek oparcia tylnego jest mniejsza od szerokosci scianki tylnej sofy. W widoku bocznym sekcje górne poduszek oparcia tylnego fotela maja ksztalt pochylonych do tylu klinów zwezajacych sie stopniowo do góry, przy czym ich krawedzie dolne sa poziome, zas krawedzie górne nachylone sa ukosnie do tylu 1 skierowana ku dolowi. Krawedzie plaszczyzny frontowej plyty dolnej oraz jej sekcji oraz krawedzie plaszczyzn wierzchnich i bocznych oparc bocznych sofy, plyt siedziska, poduch oparcia tylnego i scianki tylnej podkreslaja ozdobne linie przeszyc. The subject of the industrial design is a sofa. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape and ornamentation. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the sofa in a front view, Fig. 2 shows the sofa in a side view, and Fig. 3 shows the sofa in a front-side view. The sofa, according to the industrial design, has an elongated bottom panel in the form of a flattened cuboid with side surfaces cut diagonally downwards and slightly rounded corners. The front surface of the bottom panel is divided into three sections, of which the middle section is long and the side sections are short, with the lines separating the middle section from the side sections arranged vertically. The middle section of the bottom panel of the sofa contains a seat of similar thickness, consisting of two adjoining panels with diagonally cut downward side edges of the front surface and slightly convex upper surfaces. The side sections of the bottom panel of the sofa support thick side support panels, which, in the front view, have the shape of diamonds with an outward tilt. In the front view, the inner surfaces of the side backrests connect to the vertical lines demarcating the bottom panel sections, while their outer surfaces overlap by approximately two-thirds the width of the side sections of the sofa's bottom panel, creating a decorative outer shelf. The front surfaces of the sofa's side backrests are cut slightly diagonally downwards, and from the top, they merge with the top surfaces of the side backrests in a gentle curve. In the side view, the side backrests have diagonally cut back edges adjacent to the diagonally oriented rear wall of the sofa, which has a diamond-shaped side with a slightly curved rear surface and a slight upper taper. The sofa's rear wall is equal in width to the bottom panel, and its side edges are vertical. Two backrest cushions are placed on the sofa seat, adjacent to the rear wall at the back. The backrest cushions are angled backward and are formed by two connected sections – a lower and an upper section. The lower sections of the backrest cushions, viewed from the front, appear as elongated rectangles with diagonally cut downward sides on the outer side and straight sides on the inner side. The upper edge of the lower sections of the backrest cushions aligns with the line of the top planes of the sofa's side backrests. The upper sections of the backrest cushions, viewed from the front, appear as elongated and abutting rectangles with diagonally cut upward sides on the outer side and straight sides on the inner side. The line of the upper edges of the backrest cushions extends above the line of the top edge of the sofa's rear wall. The outermost sections of the rear seat cushions extend laterally into the mid-sections of the top surfaces of the side backrests, with the combined width of the upper sections of the rear seat cushions being less than the width of the rear wall of the sofa. In a side view, the upper sections of the rear seat cushions are shaped like backward-sloping wedges that gradually taper upward, with their lower edges horizontal and their upper edges sloping diagonally backward and downward. The edges of the front surface of the bottom panel and its sections, and the edges of the top and side surfaces of the sofa's side backrests, seat panels, rear seat cushions, and rear wall are accentuated by decorative stitching lines. The sofa, according to the industrial design, is provided with decorative legs in the form of flattened rhombuses on the front side, arranged with the inclination of the side walls in the direction opposite to the diagonal undercut of the side planes of the side sections of the bottom plate, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3.
