Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie butelki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia butelke w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- butelke w widoku z tylu, fig.3- butelke w widoku z boku, fig.4- butelke w widoku z góry, a fig.5- butelke w widoku z dolu. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: dno ma zarys osmiokata z lukowatymi bokami, przy czym na wypuklej scianie przedniej znajduje sie wybranie majace, w widoku z boku, zarys w przyblizeniu litery „U" z rozwartymi ramionami, zas nawypuklej scianie tylnej znajduja sie dwie wypuklosci, z których górna ma, w widoku z tylu, zarys trapezu równoramiennego z lukowata wieksza podstawa i zaokraglonymi narozami przy tej podstawie, a dolna wypuklosc ma zarys prostokata z zaokraglonymi narozami.Na plaskiej scianie górnej, która ma zarys kolisty, widoczny jest cylindryczny wylew z gwintem usytuowany na niskim wypietrzeniu majacym, w widoku z góry, zarys figury bedacej polaczeniem dwóch pólowali, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.1 do fig.5.FIG.1FIG.2 FIG.3FIG.4 FIG.5 PL PL PL1/ VAN DIEPEN, Jacobus Simon Petrus The design right is valid from: 12 September 2003 Priority: 15 March 2003 (Great Britain) The subject of the industrial design is a bottle. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the bottle. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the bottle in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the bottle in a back view, fig. 3 - the bottle in a side view, fig. 4 - the bottle in a top view, and fig. 5 - the bottle in a bottom view. The bottle, according to the industrial design, has the following essential features: the bottom has an octagonal outline with arched sides, wherein the convex front wall has a recess having, in a side view, the outline of the letter "U" with open arms, while the convex rear wall has two protrusions, the upper one of which has, in a back view, the outline of an isosceles trapezoid with an arched larger base and rounded corners at this base, and the lower protrusion has the outline of a rectangle with rounded corners. On the flat upper wall, which has a circular outline, there is a cylindrical spout with a thread located on a low elevation having, in a top view, the outline of a figure being a combination of two half-ovals, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1 to Fig. 5.
