Claims (29)

PATENTNI ZAHTEVI
1. Višeslojna folija, naročito za potrebe pakovanja, koja obuhvata najmanje jedan prvi sloj A i najmanje jedan drugi sloj B, pri čemu sloj B sadrži termoplastični skrob i sloj A sadrži termoplastični poliester i najmanje jedno pomoćno sredstvo za preradu u količini do najviše 5 tež. % u odnosu na ukupni sadržaj sloja A, pri čemu je pomoćno sredstvo za preradu odabrano od polimera, koji sadrži polimerni lanac, koji je od strane reaktivne grupe modifikovan, pri čemu se polimer polimernog lanca može mešati sa najmanje jednom polimerskom komponentom sloja A višeslojne folije i reaktivnu grupu pogodnu da hemijski reaguje sa najmanje jednom polimerskom komponentom sloja B višeslojne folije.
2. Višeslojna folija prema Zahtevu 1, naznačena time, što ona u sloju A sadrži termoplastični poliester, koji je u skladu sa standardom EN 13432 biološki razgradiv termoplastični poliester.
3. Višeslojna folija prema jednom od predhodnih Zahteva, naznačena time, što je termoplastični poliester biopolimer na bazi jedne ili više polihidroksikarbonskih kiselina.
4. Višeslojna folija prema jednom od predhodnih Zahteva, naznačena time, što je termoplastični poliester izabran iz grupe sastavljene od poli[hidroksialkanoata] (PHA); poli[alkilensukcinata] (PAS) kao, na prime, poli[butilensukcinata] (PBS), poli [alkilentereftalata] (PAT), kao, na primer, poli[etilentereftalat] (PET), alifatično -aromatičnih kopoliestera i poli[p-dioksanona] (PPDO) kao i kopolimera i njihovih mešavina.
5. Višeslojna folija prema Zahtevu 4, naznačena time, što je poli[hidroksialkanoat] (PHA) izabran iz grupe sastavljene iz poli[hidroksietanata] (na primer poliglikolna kiselina, PGA), poli[hidroksipropanoata] (na primer polimlečna kiselina, polilaktid, PLA), poli[hidroksibutanoata] (na primer polihidroksibuterna kiselina, PHB), poli[hidroksipentanoata] (na primer poli[hidroksivalerat], PHV) i poli[hidroksiheksanoata] (na primer polilkaprolakton, PCL), kao i kopolimera i njihovih mešavina.
6. Višeslojna folija prema jednom od predhodnih Zahteva, naznačena time, što sloj B sadrži bar delimično termoplastični obradivi skrob sa sadržajem vlage manjim od 6 tež. %, prvenstveno manjim od 3 tež. % u odnosu na ukupni sadržaj skroba.
7. Višeslojna folija prema jednom od predhodnih Zahteva, naznačena time, što se u sloju B nalazi termoplastični skrob, koji se karakteriše time, što jedna folija proizvedena od termoplastičnog skroba ima zateznu čvrstoću u skladu sa DIN 53455
od 2 do 10 N/mm<2>, naročito od 4 do 8 N/mm<2>i/ili relativno izduženje u skladu sa DIN 53455 od 80 do 200 %, naročito od 120 do 180 %.
8. Višeslojna folija prema jednom od predhodnih Zahteva, naznačena time, da se termoplastični skrob može dobiti pomoću postupaka: (a) mešavine skroba i/ili jednog derivata skroba sa najmanje 15 tež. % jednog omekšivača - plastifikatora kao, na primer, glicerina i/ili sorbitola, (b) dovođenja termičke i/ili mehaničke energije, (c) deimičnog odstranjivanja sadržaja prirodne vlage iz skroba ili derivata skroba na sadržaja vlage manji od 6 tež. %.
9. Višeslojna folija prema jednom od predhodnih Zahteva, naznačena time, što je sloj A uglavnom sastavljen od termoplastičnog poliestera i/ili što je sloj B uglavnom sastavljen od termoplastičnog skroba.
10. Višeslojna folija prema jednom od predhodnih Zahteva, naznačena time, što se sloj B uglavnom sastoji iz polimer - blenda, koji sadrži termoplastični skrob i minimalno neki dodatni termoplastični materijal, naročito termoplastični poliester.
11. Višeslojna folija prema Zahtevu 10, naznačena time, što se dodatni termoplastični materijal u polimer - blendu nalazi u količini od 1 do 80 tež. %, naročito od 5 do 30 tež. %, svedeno na ukupnu težinu polimer - blenda.
12. Višeslojna folija prema Zahtevu 10 ili 11, naznačena time, što dodatni termoplastični materijal u polimer - blendu sadrži u sebi uglavnom reciklat višeslojne folije.
13. Višeslojna folija prema jednom od predhodnih Zahteva, naznačena time, što folija ima ukupnu debljinu od 100 do 2000 μm, naročito od 200 do 800 μm.
14. Višeslojna folija prema jednom od predhodnih Zahteva, naznačena time, što svaki pojedinačni sloj folije ima debljinu od 10 do 1000 μm, naročito od 10 do 700 μm.
15. Višeslojna folija prema jednom od predhodnih Zahteva, naznačena time, što je folija ustvari jedna troslojna folija sa sledećom izvedbom slojeva: sloj A - sloj B - sloj A.
16. Višeslojna folija prema jednom od predhodnih Zahteva, naznačena time, što je između sloja A i sloja B predviđen najmanje jedan sloj za posredovanje pri prijanjanju H, naročito sloj H sa sredstvom za prijanjanje proizvedeno od blok - kopolimera.
17. Višeslojna folija prema jednom od predhodnih Zahteva, naznačena time, što folija predstavlja jednu troslojnu folijuju sa sledećio izvedbom slojeva: sloj A - sloj H za posredovanje pri prijanjanju - sloj B - sloj H za posredovanje pri prijanjanju - sloj A.
18. Višeslojna folija prema jednom od predhodnih Zahteva, naznačena time, što folija ima u skladu sa DIN 53455 zateznu čvrstoću od 10 do 40 N/mm<2>, prvenstveno od 15 do 30 N/mm<2>.
19. Višeslojna folija prema jednom od predhodnih Zahteva, naznačena time, što folija ima propustljivost kiseonika prema standardu ASTM F 1927-98 pri 23<0>C, 50 r.F. i debljini folije od 400 μm od 1 do 50, prvenstveno 1,5 do 20 cm<3>/m<2>d.
20. Višeslojna folija prema jednom od predhodnih Zahteva, naznačena time, što folija ima propustljivost vodene pare prema standardu ASTM F 1949 pri 23<0>C, 75 r.F. i debljini folije od 400 μm od 1 do 100, prvenstveno 2 do 10 cm<3>/m<2>d.
21. Višeslojna folija prema jednom od predhodnih Zahteva, naznačena time, što folija ima propustljivost ugljen-dioksida prema standardu ASTM D 1434 pri 23<0>C, 50 r.F. i debljini folije od 400 μm od 0,5 do 5, prvenstveno 1 do 2,5 cm<3>/m<2>d.
22. Višeslojna folija prema jednom od predhodnih Zahteva, naznačena time, što se najmanje jedan sloj folije izrađuje pomoću ekstrudovanja, naročito pomoću ekstrudovanja sa produvavanjem (brizganje), ekstrudovanjem ravne folije, ekstrudovanje cast- folije i/ili druge forme folije dobijene ekstrudovanjem sa duvanjem.
23. Višeslojna folija prema jednom od predhodnih Zahteva, naznačena time, što se ukupno svi slojevi folije izrađuju pomoću ekstrudovanja, naročito pomoću ekstrudovanja folije sa produvavanjem, ekstrudovanjem ravne folije i/ili druge forme dobijene ekstrudovanjem sa duvanjem.
24. Višeslojna folija prema jednom od predhodnih Zahteva, naznačena time, što se folija izrađuje pomoću koekstrudovanja.
25. Postupak za proizvodnju višeslojne folije prema jednom od predhodnih zahteva, pri čemu višeslojna folija obuhvata najmanje jedan sloj A, najmanje jedan sloj B kao i u datom slučaju dalje slojeve, naročito još jedan dalji sloj A, naznačen time, što su proizvodni koraci:
(a) ekstrudovanje materijala koji sadrži u sebi najmanje jedan termoplastični poliester za jednu foliju, čime će se izraditi najmanje jedan sloj A;
(b) ekstrudovanje materijala koji sadrži u sebi termoplastični obradivi skrob za jednu foliju, čime će se izraditi najmanje jedan sloj B; i
(c) u najmanju ruku delimično površinsko spajanje pojedinačnih slojeva, čime će se izraditi višeslojna folija.
26. Postupak prema Zahtevu 25, naznačen time, što će se proizvodni koraci (a) do (c) simultano sprovoditi u procesu koekstrudiranja, naročito pomoću ekstrudiranja folije sa produvavanjem, ekstrudiranja ravne folije, ekstrudiranja kast - folije i/ili druge forme dobijene ekstrudiranjem sa duvanjem.
27. Postupak prema Zahtevu 25 ili 26, naznačen time, što se višeslojna folija posle njene proizvodnje može seći prema uslovima primene na delove u željenim dimenzijama.
28. Postupak prema Zahtevu 27, naznačen time, što se otsečeni ostaci koji pretstavljaju višak mogu u najmanju ruku iskoristiti kao delimični materijal za ekstrudovanje sloja B u proizvodnom koraku (b).
29. Pakovanja za životne namirnice, prvenstveno za sveže meso, sveže pečenu robu, sir, sveže voće i povrće, pića i/ili kafe, koriste višeslojnu foliju izvedenu prema jednom od Zahteva od 1 do 24.
