Description

[0001]Predmetni pronalazak se odnosi na uređaj za zagrevanje prstenastog kružnog prostora između cevastog toranjskog segmenta sa spoljašnjim zidom segmenta i temelja tornja vetrogeneratora prilikom gradnje vetrogeneratora prema preambuli zahteva 1. Ovakav uređaj za zagrevanje je opisan npr. u VVO2010/147459. Postupci gradnje tornja vetrogeneratora, naročito betonskog tornja, su u principu poznati. Prvo se postavlja betonski temelj. Montažni betonski toranj se sastoji od većeg broja toranjskih segmenata. Ovi toranjski segmenti mogu biti cevasti odnosno cilindrični elementi, ili za razliku od cilindričnog mogu biti blago konusnog oblika. Kod većih prečnika tornja takođe može biti razmotrena i podela po obimu, tako da na primer, dva elementa koji su u suštini polukružnog poprečnog preseka ili drugi segmenti delimično kružnog oblika budu sastavljeni.

U tom smislu, ovaj prvi segment ili više segmenata se precizno nivelišu i u tom nivelisanom položaju prvi segment se bar privremeno fiksira, kako bi se zatim između temelja i tog/tih donjih segmenata ubacila masa za izravnavanje koja na kraju očvršćava i fiksira ovaj nivelisani položaj.
[0003]Problem u ovom slučaju je što očvršćavanje mase za izravnavanje zahteva određenu minimalnu temperaturu. Na niskim spoljnim temperaturama oko tačke mržnjenja, očvršćavanje može potrajati znatno duže ili potpuno izostati. Ovo dovodi, sa jedne strane, do rizika od loše ili nepotpuno očvrsnute mase za izravnavanje. S druge strane, produženo vreme očvršćavanja može dovesti do dužih praznih hodova, na primer, krana koji je potreban za instalaciju. Tako kran koji je već podigao prvi segment(e) tornja na temelj ostaje neiskorišćen za vreme trajanja očvršćavanja ove mase za izravnavanje. Kao posledica toga se javljaju skupi dodatni prazni hodovi krana.
[0004]Nakon ovoga, toranj se sukcesivno gradi postavljanjem novih toranjskih segmenata na do tada izgrađeni deo tornja. Operacije potrebne za ovo se odvijaju na sve većim visinama. U zoni gornje ravni svakog završenog toranjskog segmenta se redovno postavlja skela ili radna platforma na kojoj radnici građevinskog tima kontrolišu postavljanje novog toranjskog segmenta. U tom slučaju se naročito mora kontrolisati da odgovarajući novi toranjski segment bude postavljen u tačno određeni položaj. Tako se pomoću krana svaki toranjski segment sukcesivno podiže približno do svoje lokacije i kranista vrši fino pozicioniranje odgovarajućeg toranjskog segmenta. Tačno postavljanje svakog segmenta tornja vrše radnici građevinskog tima na pomenutoj radnoj platformi ručno t.j. fizičkom snagom. Konkretno, odgovarajući segment tornja mora da se dovede u pravilan položaj. Građevinski operateri rukama pridržavaju toranjski segment koji je postavljen u pravilan položaj a kranista zatim polako spušta toranjski segment, dok gradjevinski tim obezbeđuje da se on zadrži u pravilnom položaju. Treba imati u vidu da ovakav toranjski segment može biti težak otprilike od 5 do 120 tona. Iako je za to potrebna velika mišićna snaga, mora se izvršiti veoma precizno pozicioniranje.
[0005]Ovaj metod za postavljanje dodatnih toranjskih segmenata je zbog toga komplikovan, dugotrajan i naporan i samim tim podložan greškama. Pored toga, postoji rizik od povrede operatera na gradilištu, a posebno rizik od pojave preloma.
[0006]Ako se novi toranjski segment postavi na toranj koji je prethodno podignut, segment tornja se mora odvojiti od traverze pomoću koje je kranom podignut. Za tu svrhu, noseće petlje kao što su noseće petlje od čeličnih užadi, mogu biti učvršćene za segment tornja. Traverza se zatim oslobađa od ovih petlji npr. otkači se, a zatim operater na radnoj platformi ručno skida petlje od čeličnih užadi sa toranjskog segmenta. Ovo je takođe kompleksno i zahteva veliki utrošak radne snage, uključujući i odgovarajuću radnu platformu, na nivou tornja koji je do tog trenutka završen.

[0008] Predmetni pronalazak se tako zasniva na potrebi za efikasnijom gradnjom betonskog tornja vetrogeneratora. Namera je da se predloži barem alternativno rešenje.
[0009]Prema ovom pronalasku se predlaže grejni uređaj za zagrevanje zone u obliku prstena između cevastog toranjskog segmenta sa spoljnim zidom segmenta i temelja tornja vetrogeneratora, prilikom gradnje vetrogeneratora prema zahtevu 1. Ovaj uređaj za zagrevanje se sastoji od jedne ili više cerada za pokrivanje zone uticaja. Osim toga, on ima jednu ili više prstenastih konstrukcija za nošenje jedne ili više cerada. U tom slučaju jedna ili više nosećih konstrukcija su konstruisane tako da se obezbedi dovoljno prostora za najmanje jednu osobu između zone uticaja i cerade koja je postavljena na noseću konstrukciju.
[0010]Ovaj uređaj za zagrevanje se zasniva na činjenici da za nivelaciju segmenta vetrogeneratora na temelju vetrogeneratora može biti postavljena masa za izravnavanje, koja naročito na niskim temperaturama, odnosno naročito na temperaturama oko i ispod tačke mržnjenja loše, sporo ili uopšte ne očvršćava. Gradnja stubova za vetrogeneratore u hladnim predelima i/ili u hladnim godišnjim dobima je zbog toga problematična i može dovesti do kašnjenja u gradnji tornja vetrogeneratora. Uzimajući u obzir da je već za postavljanje prvog toranjskog segmenta neophodan odgovarajući kran, odlaganje izgradnje podrazumeva prazan hod prethodno naručenog krana i dodatne troškove. Upotreba uređaja za zagrevanje posledično ima za ciljse stoga treba postići da se uprkos niskim ambijentalnim temperaturama, temperatura u zoni u kojoj se vrši nivelacija pomoću mase za izravnavanje, poveća barem u onoj meri u kojoj očvršćavanje mase za izravnavanje nije ili nije bitno narušeno.
[0011]Uređaj za zagrevanje predložen u ovu svrhu u suštini predstavlja termalni pokrivač oko pomenute zone koju treba zagrejati. U tu svrhu, predložena je noseća konstrukcija koja se postavlja na toranj, a na nju se postavlja odgovarajuća cerada za pokrivanje. Pomoću ove noseće konstrukcije ili nosećih konstrukcija, cerada se u principu može držati dovoljno daleko od mesta koje treba da se zagreje kako bi se obezbedilo dovoljno prostora za rad jedne ili više osoba. Noseće konstrukcije za ovu svrhu su prstenastog oblika. Ova prstenasta konstrukcija ne mora imati prstenasti oblik u matematičkom smislu kruga, već i razne poligonalne oblike koji su prilagođeni okruglom obliku tornja vetrogeneratora ili toranjskog segmenta.
[0012]Prema ovom pronalasku je obezbeđen spoljni deo za pokrivanje koji se postavlja oko spoljašnje strane toranjskog segmenta, koji opet ima najmanje jednu ceradu za pokrivanje i noseću konstrukciju. Na primer, ponekad može biti dovoljno da se radi samo sa spoljašnjim delom uređaja za pokrivanje, kada spoijna temperatura nije previše niska i zaštićeni položaj prostora u prvom toranjskom segmentu može da obezbediti dovoljno visoku temperaturu. Poželjno, unutrašnji deo uređaja za pokrivanje je predviđen za postavljanje u unutrašnjost segmenta tornja i on ima posebnu nezavisnu konstrukciju koja se sastoji od noseće konstrukcije ili nosećih konstrukcija i pokrivne površine ili cerade za pokrivanje.
[0013]Poželjna je najmanje jedna noseća konstrukcija koja ima prstenasti periferni gornji noseći deo za učvršćivanje za segment tornja. Za njega dalje mogu da se učvrste nosači, a naročito mogu biti postavljeni podupirači za nošenje cerade za pokrivanje.
[0014]Cerada za pokrivanje može biti napravljena od vodootpornog materijala da se istovremeno obezbedi zaštita od padavina. Sa druge strane cerada ovim nije ograničena, već u obzir dolaze i vazdušno propusni i/iti paro-propusni materijali. Moguće je obezbediti dobra izolaciona svojstva ovih cerada. U zavisnosti od spoljne temperature može biti dovoljna tanka cerada, koja suštinski onemogućava ili barem smanjuje cirkulaciju vazduha, a posebno gubitak toplog vazduha konvekcijom.
[0015]Poželjno, obezbeđena su sredstva za zagrevanje, a naročito kalorifer. On zagreva vazduh u prostoru između površine temelja i cerade, a cerada u suštini sprečava gubitak ovako zagrejanog vazduha. Treba ponoviti da često može biti dovoljno zagrevanje do temperature iznad tačke mržnjenja kako bi se omogućilo očvršćavanje mase za izravnavanje.
[0016]Poželjno, cerada za pokrivanje ima površinu koja apsorbuje svetlost. Na taj način, se sunčeva svetlost može koristiti za dodatno zagrevanje. U zavisnosti od spoljne temperature i intenziteta sunčevih zraka, takvo zagrevanje može biti dovoljno ili može biti upotrebljen uređaj za zagrevanje npr. kalorifer

Slika 1 je prikaz u perspektivi prvog toranjskog segmenta sa uređajem za zagrevanje.
Slika 2 prikazuje deo podkonstrukcije uređaja za zagrevanje unutar toranjskog segmenta.
[0018]Na Slici 1 je u perspektivi prikazan prvi toranjski segment 200 koji je postavljen na temelj, oko kojeg je prikazan uređaj za zagrevanje sa spoljnim delom uređaja za pokrivanje 202. Ovaj spoljni deo uređaja za pokrivanje 202 tako obavija zonu uticaja između toranjskog segmenta 200 i temelja 204. Na taj način ovaj spoljni deo pokrivke 202 stvara zaštićeni prostor oko toranjskog segmenta 200 koji je po visini i širini tako dostupan za odraslu osobu. Osobe su šematski prikazane u svrhu ilustracije.
[0019]Spoljni deo uređaja za pokrivanje 202 je učvršćen za gornju obodnu Šinu 206 na toranjskom segmentu 200 i u suštini zaptiva prvi segment tornja. Ovo zaptivanje bi trebalo, na taj naan, da značajno sprečava da se toplota gubi konvekcijom. Osim toga, ispod spoljnog dela uređaja za pokrivanje 202 je postavljena konstrukcija, koja je takođe povezana sa ovom kružnom gornjom šinom i suštinski određuje oblik spoljnog dela uređaja za pokrivanje 202,
[0020]Slika 2 prikazuje deo noseće konstrukcije 208 unutrašnjeg dela za pokrivanje koji tek treba da bude završen. Na slici 15 je prikazana unutrašnjost toranjskog segmenta 200. I unutrašnja noseća konstrukcija 208 takođe ima kružnu šinu, odnosno unutrašnju kružnu šinu 210. Takođe, u prikazu na Slici 15, je skicirana osoba u cilju ilustracije veličine noseće konstrukcije 208, čime je obezbeđen i unutrašnji deo za pokrivanje. Uzgred, noseća konstrukcija 208, koja je u suštini obezbeđena za postavljanje cerade, je učvršćena za kružnu šinu koja drži noseću konstrukciju 208.

Claims (5)

1.Uređaj za zagrevanje zone uticaja koja se u obliku prstena prostire između cevastog toranjskog segmenta (200) sa spoljnim zidom segmenta i temelja (204) tornja vetrogeneratora prilikom gradnje vetrogeneratora, koji sadrži: - jednu ili više cerada za pokrivanje zone uticaja, i - jedan ili više prstenastih nosača za nošenje cerade za pokrivanje ili jedne od cerada za pokrivanje, pri čemu između zone uticaja i cerade za pokrivanje postoji dovoljno prostora za najmanje jednu odraslu osobu,naznačen timešto ima - spoljni deo uređaja za pokrivanje (202) za postavljanje sa spoljne strane oko toranjskog segmenta (200), pri čemu deo-uređaj za pokrivanje (202) ima jednu od cerada za pokrivanje i jedan od nosećih okvira.
2. Uređaj za zagrevanje prema zahtevu 1, kod kojeg je - za postavljanje u unutrašnjost toranjskog segmenta obezbeđen unutrašnji deo za pokrivanje koji ima jednu od cerada za pokrivanje i jedan od nosećih okvira.
3.Uređaj za zagrevanje prema zahtevu 1 ili 2,naznačen timešto jedna ili svaka noseća konstrukcija ima gornji noseći deo za učvršćivanje, koji u obliku prstena obavija segment tornja.
4.Uređaj za zagrevanje prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahteva 1 do 3, koji ima najmanje jedno sredstvo za zagrevanje, a posebno kalorifer za zagrevanje vazduha u prostoru između zone uticaja i cerade za pokrivanje.
5.Postupak za podizanje tornja vetrogeneratora, koji obuhvata sledeće korake: - postavljanje prvog segmenta tornja na temelj, i - postavljanje uređaja za zagrevanje prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahteva 1 do 4 na segment tornja i pokrivanje zone uticaja koja se u obliku prstena prostire između toranjskog segmenta i temelja tornja.
