Description
[0001] BUBANJ PREČISTAČA OTPADNIH VODA S DISKOVIMA
[0002] Oblast tehnike na koju se pronalazak odnosi
[0003] Predmet pronalaska spada u područje obade vode, industrijskih i fekalnih voda, a naročito u područje biološke obrade vode, industrijskih otpadnih voda i fekalnih voda
[0004] Prema Međunarodnoj klasifikaciji patenata (MKP) oznaka je: C 02 F3/00
[0005] Tehnički problem
[0006] Tehnički problem koji se rešava ovom prijavom sastoji se u sledećem: kako konstruisati bubanj prečistača otpadnih voda s diskovima, odnosno kako povezati same diskove na okvirni nosač? Navedeni tehnički problem rešen je predloženim bubnjem prečistača otpadnih voda s diskovima.
[0007] Stanje tehnike
[0008] Autoru nisu poznata rešenja sličnih bubnjeva i bubanj prečistača koji je predmet ove prijave isključivo je nastao kao rezultat rada autora.
[0009] Izlaganje suštinje pronalaska
[0010] Konstrukcijskim rešenjem bubnja predviđeno je da segmenti čije jedan kružni okvir koji je ujedno nosač distancionih šrafova i čaura. Provlačenjem šrafova kroz diskove i postavljanjem distancionih čaura između pojedinih diskova, te stezanjem matica dobijamo čvrstu celinu koja čini bubanj prečistača.

[0016] Detaljan opis pronalaska
[0017] Konstrukcija bubnja prečistača predviđa fiksiranje diskova između dva noseća okvira 2. Noseći okviri se sastoje od tri ista segmenta koja sklopljena šrafovima 3 čine puni krug. Između tako sklopljenih okvirnih nosača 2 postavljaju se diskovi 1. Diskovi 1 su izrađeni od mreže te na njima nije potrebno posebno izrađivati otvore za prolaz šrafova 4. Šrafovi 4 prolaze kroz otvor na nosećem okviru 2 čiji je element i »L« profil 2a te se za istog učvršćuju maticama 5 s podlogama 6. Zahvaljujući distancionoj matici 7 moguća je regulacija odstojanja prvog diska 1 od okvirnog nosača 2. Međusobni razmak između diskova 1 definisan je odstojnim čaurama 8. Diskovi 1, odnosno mreža, ima rub 9 spoljnih dimenzija nešto većih od nosećeg okvira 2. Šrafovi 4 su pravilno raspoređeni po »L« profilima 2a, kao i na pločicama 10.
[0018] Način industrijske ili druge primene pronalaska
[0019] Za postizanje postavljenog osnovnog cilja - kako konstruisati bubanj prečistača otpadnih voda s diskovima, odnosno kako povezati same diskove na okvirni nosač - može se reči, da za privrednu upotrebu prijavljenog pronalaska, nisu potrebna neka posebna znanja, iskustva Luputstva koja bi trebalo primeniti. Potrebna su i dovoljna samo ona znanja koja iz predmetne oblasti ima prosečan stručnjak za uspešnu primenu predmetnog pronalaska, a na osnovu datog opisa pronalaska.
Claims (4)
1. Bubanj prečistača otpadnih voda s diskovima,naznačentime, što konstrukcija predviđa fiksiranje diskova (1) između dva noseća okvira (2) s tim što se noseći okviri (2) sastoje od tri ista segmenta koja sklopljena šrafovima (3) zatvaraju pun krug, a između tako sklopljenih okvirnih nosača (2) postavljaju se diskovi (1) koji su izrađeni od mreže, te na njima nije potrebno izrađivati posebne otvore za prolaz šrafova (4).
2. Bubanj prečistača otpadnih voda s diskovima prema zahtevu 1,naznačentime, što šrafovi (4) prolaze kroz otvor na nosećem okviru (2) čiji je element i »L« profil (2a) te se za istog učvršćuju maticama (5) s podlogama (6), s tim da je moguća regulacija odstojanja prvog diska (1) od okvirnog nosača (2) zahvaljujući distancionoj matici (7).
3. Bubanj prečistača otpadnih voda s diskovima prema zahtevima 1 i 2,naznačentime, što je međusobni razmak između diskova (1) definisan odstojnim čaurama (8), a diskovi (1), odnosno mreža, ima rub (9) spoljnih dimenzija nešto većih od nosećeg okvira (2).
4. Bubanj prečistača otpadnih voda s diskovima prema zahtevima 1 i 3,naznačentime, što su šrafovi (4) pravilno raspoređeni po »L« profilima (2a), dok se celi bubanj učvršćuje pločicama (10).
