[0002] Predmetni pronalazak se odnosi na uzdužni podešavač za sedište vozila koji ima spoljašnju, unutrašnju šinu i fleksibilni element.
[0003] Sklopovi staza za sedišta motornih vozila moraju ispuniti mnoge zahteve, uključujući stabilnost, čvrstoću, slobodni hod i silu klizanja. Pored toga, konstrukcije ovih sklopova moraju biti robusne, neosetljive na proizvodne tolerancije (ili varijacije dimenzija) povezane sa podsklopovima i komponentama. Kod mnogih konstrukcija staza za sedišta motornih vozila koriste se čelične šine. Jedna šina je pričvršćena za pod vozila, dok je druga pričvršćena za gornji deo sedišta. Spoljašnja šina bar delimično okružuje unutrašnju šinu. Normalno, postoje dva uzdužna podešavača za sedište po jednom sedištu vozila ili po jednom redu vozila.
[0010] Prema predmetnom pronalasku, uzdužni podešavač sadrži strukturni element, koji, prema predmetnom pronalasku, nije fleksibilan, ne deformiše se u toku montaže uzdužnog podešavača i prilagođen je za apsorbovanje vertikalnog i/ili horizontalnog opterećenja. Strukturni element je predviđen na spoljašnjoj šini, koja je još poželjnije spojena sa karoserijom vozila. Strukturni element može biti napravljen od posebno krutog materijala i/ili može biti očvrsli materijal.
[0011] U poželjnom primeru izvođenja, strukturni element obezbeđuje površinu za kotrljajuća tela.
[0012] Pored toga, uzdužni podešavač sadrži fleksibilni element, koji se elastično iskreće u toku proizvodnje uzdužnog podešavača. Prvenstveno, fleksibilni element je predviđen kao posebna komponenta spoljašnje šine. Fleksibilni element je napravljen od drugačijeg materijala nego spoljašnja šina.
[0013] Prvenstveno, unutrašnja šina je napravljena na srazmerno krut način, tj. ona ne sadrži fleksibilni element.
[0014] Prema pronalasku, spoljašnja šina je napravljena od plastike, vlaknima ojačane plastike i/ili plastičnih kompozitnih materijala. Prvenstveno, unutrašnja šina je napravljena od lakog materijala, a naročito aluminijuma, plastike, vlaknima ojačane plastike i/ili plastičnih kompozitnih materijala ili sličnog.
[0015] Sledeći predmet koji nije u skladu sa predmetnim pronalaskom je uzdužni podešavač sedišta vozila koji ima spoljašnju i unutrašnju šinu i kavez za kotrljajuća/klizna tela koji je napravljen od fleksibilnog materijala (na primer, čelika za opruge) i koji je postavljen između unutrašnje i spoljašnje šine i napravljen je na elastičan/fleksibilan način.
[0016] Prvenstveno, kavez za kotrljajuća/klizna tela sadrži klizne elemente, koji imaju relativno mali faktor trenja.
[0017] Prvenstveno se kavez za kotrljajuća/klizna tela elastično deformiše u toku montaže, a naročito u toku njegove montaže između dve šine.
[0018] Prvenstveno, kavez za kotrljajuća/klizna tela je napravljen na elastični/fleksibilni način u dva prostorna smera, na primer, u horizontalnom smeru, i u vertikalnom smeru.
[0019] U poželjnom primeru izvođenja, kavez za kotrljajuća/klizna tela je pričvršćen na jednu od šina, a prvenstveno na unutrašnju šinu.
[0020] U poželjnom primeru izvođenja, unutrašnja šina sadrži useke i odgovarajuće konveksnosti, a naročito na svom gornjem kraju i to prvenstveno predviđene ekvidistantno. U poželjnom primeru izvođenja, kavez za kotrljajuća/klizna tela je predviđen na gornjem kraju unutrašnje šine, a još poželjnije oko i/ili povrh konveksnosti. Prvenstveno, kavez za kotrljajuća/klizna tela bar delimično okružuje vertikalnu površinu svake konveksnosti.
[0021] Još jedan predmet koji nije u skladu sa pronalaskom je uzdužni podešavač koji ima spoljašnju i unutrašnju šinu i kavez za kotrljajuća i/ili klizna tela koji je postavljen između unutrašnje i spoljašnje šine i spojen je sa unutrašnjom šinom na specijalni način, kao što je, da je jedan kraj kaveza za kotrljajuća/klizna tela pričvršćen na unutrašnju šinu, a prvenstveno tako da postoji nula stepeni slobode pomeranja u odnosu na unutrašnju šinu, dok se drugi kraj može slobodno pomerati. Pošto se spoljašnja šina uvede u unutrašnju šinu, onda drugi kraj kaveza za kotrljajuća i/ili klizna tela treba da bude pričvršćen. Ova konfiguracija omogućava deformaciju kaveza za kotrljajuća/klizna tela u toku montaže.
[0022] Ne prema pronalasku, uzdužni podešavač ima kaveze za kotrljajuća i/ili klizna tela koji su postavljeni između unutrašnje i spoljašnje šine, pri čemu uzdužni podešavač ima bravu koja sprečava da se kavez za kotrljajuća i/ili klizna tela pomera, a naročito u odnosu na unutrašnju šinu.
[0023] Prvenstveno, jedan ili više, a prvenstveno dva kaveza za kotrljajuća i/ili klizna tela su spojeni sa unutrašnjom šinom, a svaki ima jedan kraj koji se može slobodno pomerati i drugi koji je spojen, a prvenstveno čvrsto, na unutrašnjoj šini. Pričvršćeni kraj jednog od opružnih kaveza prvenstveno je smešten ispred šine, dok drugi opružni kavez ima pričvršćeni kraj prvenstveno iza šine. Slobodni krajevi oba opružna kaveza su smešteni prema sredini šine, ali još poželjnije, ne dodiruju je. Takođe, inventivna šina ima zabravljujući element, koji može zabravljivati/pričvršćivati slobodni kraj, odnosno krajeve svakog kaveza za kotrljajuća i/ili klizna tela (sprečavati pomeranje). Ovaj zabravljujući element je prvenstveno sinhronizovan sa glavnim zasunskim uređajem (koji prihvata strukturno opterećenje i sprečava da se unutrašnja šina pomera u odnosu na spoljašnju šinu). To znači da se, ukoliko uzdužni podešavač zahteva podešavanje, glavni zasun oslobađa, tako da se dve šine mogu pomerati jedna u odnosu na drugu i takođe se oslobađa jedan kraj svakog zabravljujućeg elementa kaveza za kotrljajuća i/ili klizna tela, što znači da su krajevi kaveza za kotrljajuća/klizna tela ponovo slobodni, a kao rezultat toga, sila klizanja je mala, što omogućava podešavanje uzdužnog podešavača sa malom silom klizanja. Čim se traženo podešavanje završi, onda se glavni zasun i jedan kraj svakog zabravljujućeg elementa kaveza za kotrljajuća i/ili klizna tela vraćaju u svoj zabravljujući radni režim, što sprečava pomeranje oba kraja kaveza za kotrljajuća i/ili klizna tela i obezbeđuje traženu krutost sistema i sprečava relativno pomeranje između unutrašnje i spoljašnje šine.
[0024] Pronalasci su objašnjeni u narednom tekstu na osnovu slika 1-2. Ova objašnjenja su isključivo primer i ne ograničavaju opšti koncept pronalaska.

[0026] Slika 1 šematski prikazuje aksonometrijski izgled sedišta 1 vozila. Sedište 1 vozila je u obliku uobičajenog sedišta vozila i sadrži bar deo 2 sedišta i naslon 3. Pored toga, sedište 1 vozila ima uobičajeni uzdužni podešavač 4, pomoću koga je sedište 1 vozila spojeno sa strukturom karoserije vozila (nije prikazano).
[0027] Slike 2 i 3 prikazuju poprečni presek uzdužnog podešavača koji ima spoljašnju šinu 50 i unutrašnju šinu 51. Kotrljajuća tela 52 su postavljena između šina 50, 51, u svakom slučaju u gornjoj i donjoj oblasti. Prema pronalasku, spoljašnja šina 50 ima strukturni element 53 koji sadejstvuje sa strukturnim elementom koji je postavljen prvenstveno integralno na unutrašnjoj šini i zahvaljujući tome apsorbuje vertikalne i/ili bočne sile. Strukturni element 53 ima visoku krutost i ne deformiše se u toku montaže unutrašnje i spoljašnje šine. Prvenstveno, strukturni element 53 obezbeđuje kontaktnu površinu za kotrljajuća tela. Pored toga, prema pronalasku, spoljašnja šina ima elastičnu oblast 54 koja sadejstvuje sa kotrljajućim telima 52. Kotrljajuća tela su naročito postavljena u gornjoj oblasti šine prema pronalasku i ona ih prednapreže nasuprot unutrašnje šine 51. Prvenstveno se elastični element elastično deformiše u toku montaže unutrašnje i spoljašnje šine. U primeru izvođenja sa slike 2, elastične oblasti 54 su u svakom slučaju integralno opremljene spoljašnjom šinom 50. Može se videti da strukturni element 53 može biti predviđen u različitim oblastima spoljašnje šine. Prvenstveno, elastična oblast 54 sadrži područje 68 sa smanjenom debljinom materijala i ili područje 68 nalik kraku, koje se deformiše pomoću srazmerno malih sila. Prvenstveno, spoljašnja i unutrašnja šina se u svakom slučaju prave od lakog materijala, a naročito aluminijuma, plastike, vlaknima ojačane plastike i/ili plastičnih kompozitnih materijala ili sličnog, a prvenstveno kao ekstrudirana komponenta.
[0028] U ilustrativnom primeru izvođenja sa slike 3, može se vršiti poziv u vezi navoda kao za sliku 2, mada u aktuelnom slučaju elastični element 54 nije izveden integralno sa spoljašnjom šinom. U aktuelnom slučaju, šina ima dodatni element 54 koji prednapreže kotrljajuća tela 52 nasuprot unutrašnje šine.
[0029] U primeru izvođenja sa slike 4, kavez 55 za kotrljajuća i/ili klizna tela je predviđen između spoljašnje šine 50 i unutrašnje šine 51 i prvenstveno je spojen sa unutrašnjom šinom, a naročito na rastavljiv način i konfigurisan je tako da prednapreže unutrašnju šinu nasuprot spoljašnje šine i u vertikalnom, i u horizontalnom smeru. Kavez za kotrljajuća/klizna tela (opružni kavez), koji je napravljen od fleksibilnog materijala (na primer, čelika za opruge), montiran je na unutrašnjoj šini, sa jednim pričvršćenim krajem i drugim koji je slobodan tako da se može iskretati. Postojanje jednog slobodnog kraja omogućava generisanje relativno malih normalnih sila, što uslovljava malu silu klizanja. Pošto se šine montiraju, onda bi trebao da bude pričvršćen drugi kraj, što obezbeđuje potrebnu krutost celom sistemu i istovremeno malu silu klizanja. Prvenstveno, kavez sadrži bar jednu oblast 67 sa smanjenim trenjem. Prvenstveno, unutrašnja šina sadrži useke 64. Kavez je prvenstveno pričvršćen na rezultujuće konveksnosti 65. Prvenstveno, kavez 55 je izveden tako da apsorbuje sile u dva smera, koji su međusobno upravni.
[0030] Kao što se može videti naročito sa slike 5, uzdužni podešavač koji nije prema pronalasku naročito ima zabravljujući element 56. Slika 5a prikazuje zabravljujući element u njegovom zabravljenom stanju. Slika 5b prikazuje nezabravljeno stanje zabravljujućeg elementa 56.
[0031] U aktuelnom slučaju, unutrašnja šina je prethodno sastavljena sa dva kaveza za kotrljajuća i/ili klizna tela (opružna kaveza) napravljena od fleksibilnog materijala, a prvenstveno čelika za opruge. Svaki ima jedan slobodan kraj i drugi koji je pričvršćen za unutrašnju šinu. U predmetnom slučaju, pričvršćeni kraj jednog od opružnih kaveza je smešten ispred šine, dok drugi kavez ima pričvršćeni kraj iza šine. Slobodni krajevi oba opružna kaveza su smešteni prema sredini šine. Takođe, šina ima zabravljujući element 56, koji može zabraviti/fiksirati slobodne krajeve oba opružna kaveza (sprečiti pomeranje). Ovaj zabravljujući element je prvenstveno sinhronizovan sa glavnim zasunskim uređajem (koji prihvata strukturno opterećenje i sprečava da se unutrašnja šina pomera u odnosu na spoljašnju šinu). To znači da kada uzdužni podešavač zahteva podešavanje, onda se oslobađa glavni zasun i prvenstveno se takođe oslobađa svaki zabravljujući element opružnog kaveza, što znači da su krajevi opružnih kaveza ponovo slobodni, a kao posledica toga, sila klizanja je mala, što omogućava podešavanje staze uz malu silu klizanja. Čim se završi potrebno podešavanje, onda se glavni zasun i prvenstveno zabravljujući element opružnog kaveza vraćaju u zabravljeni radni režim, čime sistemu obezbeđuju potrebnu krutost i sprečavaju relativno pomeranje između unutrašnje i spoljašnje šine.

Claims (3)

Patentni zahtevi
1. Uzdužni podešavač (27) koji ima spoljašnju i unutrašnju šinu (50, 51), pri čemu spoljašnja šina (50) okružuje unutrašnju šinu (51) bar delimično, pri čemu spoljašnja šina (50) ima strukturni element (53) koji nije fleksibilan, ne deformiše se u toku montaže uzdužnog podešavača, koji apsorbuje vertikalne sile i ima fleksibilni element (54) koji prednapreže kotrljajuće telo (52) nasuprot unutrašnje šine (51), pri čemu je fleksibilni element (54) predviđen kao posebna komponenta spoljašnje šine (50), naznačen time što je spoljašnja šina (50) napravljena od plastike, vlaknima ojačane plastike i/ili plastičnih kompozitnih materijala i što je fleksibilni element (54) napravljen od drugačijeg materijala nego spoljašnja šina (50).
2. Uzdužni podešavač (27) prema zahtevu 1, naznačen time što su strukturni element (53) i fleksibilni element (54) postavljeni tako da vertikalno pomeranje naniže strukturnog elementa (53) dovodi strukturni element (53) u mehanički kontakt sa unutrašnjom šinom (51) i izaziva da se fleksibilni element (54) deformiše u vertikalnom smeru naviše u odnosu na strukturni element (53).
3. Uzdužni podešavač (27) prema zahtevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time što unutrašnja šina (51) ima strukturni element koji je postavljen integralno na unutrašnjoj šini (51) i apsorbuje bočne sile sadejstvujući sa strukturnim elementom (53) spoljašnje šine (50).
