Abstract
1. Способ выявления дефектов в процессе производства продукта питания, содержащий этапы:a) захвата изображения указанного продукта питания в видимом спектре;b) выполнения многомерного анализа изображения для полученного изображения для установления набора данных; иc) определения наличия дефекта на основе указанного набора данных, где указанный дефект возникает, когда указанный продукт питания имеет содержание влаги более чем около 2,0 мас.%; иd) отбраковки указанного продукта питания, имеющего указанный дефект в течении 0,002 секунды после этапа определения с) посредством отправки сигнала к нижерасположенному сортировочному оборудованию, содержащему воздушные электромагнитные клапаны, соединенные с воздушными форсунками.2. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий этап регулировки параметров процесса для обеспечения сниженного числа указанных дефектов.3. Способ по п.1, в котором указанный набор данных включает интервал шкалы t-t.4. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий этап отбраковки продуктов питания, имеющих указанные дефекты.5. Способ по п.1, в котором указанный многомерный анализ изображения осуществляют с помощью алгоритма, программируемого в вентильной матрице.6. Способ по п.1, в котором указанный дефект существует, когда указанный набор данных устанавливает, что, по меньшей мере, около 10% от отображаемой области указанного отображаемого продукта питания содержит мягкий центр.7. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий этап подсчета продуктов питания, содержащих указанные дефекты.8. Способ по п.1, в котором указанный дефект дополнительно включает акриламидный дефект, в частности, указанный акриламидный дефект
Claims (18)
1. Способ выявления дефектов в процессе производства продукта питания, содержащий этапы:
a) захвата изображения указанного продукта питания в видимом спектре;
b) выполнения многомерного анализа изображения для полученного изображения для установления набора данных; и
c) определения наличия дефекта на основе указанного набора данных, где указанный дефект возникает, когда указанный продукт питания имеет содержание влаги более чем около 2,0 мас.%; и
d) отбраковки указанного продукта питания, имеющего указанный дефект в течении 0,002 секунды после этапа определения с) посредством отправки сигнала к нижерасположенному сортировочному оборудованию, содержащему воздушные электромагнитные клапаны, соединенные с воздушными форсунками.
2. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий этап регулировки параметров процесса для обеспечения сниженного числа указанных дефектов.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором указанный набор данных включает интервал шкалы t1-t2.
4. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий этап отбраковки продуктов питания, имеющих указанные дефекты.
5. Способ по п.1, в котором указанный многомерный анализ изображения осуществляют с помощью алгоритма, программируемого в вентильной матрице.
6. Способ по п.1, в котором указанный дефект существует, когда указанный набор данных устанавливает, что, по меньшей мере, около 10% от отображаемой области указанного отображаемого продукта питания содержит мягкий центр.
7. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий этап подсчета продуктов питания, содержащих указанные дефекты.
8. Способ по п.1, в котором указанный дефект дополнительно включает акриламидный дефект, в частности, указанный акриламидный дефект дополнительно включает сахарный дефект.
9. Устройство для контроля процесса производства продукта питания на наличие дефектов, содержащее:
- устройство захвата изображения;
- вычислительное устройство, способное хранить алгоритм, где указанный алгоритм преобразует цветное изображение продукта питания в интервал шкалы t1-t2 с помощью многомерного анализа изображения; и
определяет, имеется ли дефект, на основе полученного набора данных; и
- нижерасположенное сортировочное оборудование, содержащее воздушные электромагнитные клапаны, соединенные с воздушными форсунками, для отбраковки дефектных продуктов питания после получения сигнала от указанного вычислительного устройства за менее чем 0,002 с после того, как вычислительное устройство определит наличие дефекта.
10. Устройство по п.9, в котором указанное вычислительное устройство содержит программируемую пользователем вентильную матрицу.
11. Устройство по п.9, в котором указанное вычислительное устройство содержит множество матриц, обрабатываемых компьютером, которые сегментируют указанное цветное изображение
12. Способ выявления дефектов в процессе производства продукта питания, содержащий этапы:
a) захвата изображения указанного продукта питания в видимом спектре;
b) выполнения многомерного анализа изображения для полученного изображения для установления набора данных; и
c) отбраковки продуктов питания, содержащих дефекты, где указанный дефект включает продукт питания с предварительно определенным содержанием влаги.
13. Способ по п.12, дополнительно включающий этап определения того, существует ли дефект, на основе указанного набора данных, перед этапом (с).
14. Способ по п.12, дополнительно включающий этап отправки сигнала к нижерасположенному сортировочному оборудованию для отбраковки продукта питания, имеющего указанный дефект, перед этапом (с).
15. Способ по п.12, в котором указанный многомерный анализ изображения осуществляют с помощью алгоритма, запрограммированного в вентильной матрице, программируемой пользователем.
16. Способ по п.12, дополнительно включающий этап определения в указанных продуктах питания, отбракованных на этапе с), не-дефектных продуктов питания, в частности, дополнительно включающий этап регулировки указанного набора данных на основе не-дефектных продуктов питания, определенных в потоке отбракованного продукта питания.
17. Способ по п.12, дополнительно включающий этап определения в указанных продуктах питания, не отбракованных на этапе (с), дефектного продукта питания, в частности, дополнительно включающий этап регулировки указанного набора данных на основе дефектных продуктов питания, определенных в потоке не отбракованного продукта питания.
18. Программируемая пользователем вентильная матрица, содержащая алгоритм, преобразующий цветное изображение продукта питания в интервал шкалы t1-t2 с помощью многомерного анализа изображения, определяющий, существует ли дефект, на основе полученного набора данных, и отправляющий сигнал к нижерасположенному сортировочному оборудованию для отбраковки указанного дефекта в пределах 0,002 с.
