Abstract
1. Способ получения противомикробного имплантата, включающий нагревание смолы полиэфирэфиркетона до температуры, эффективной для плавления указанной смолы, перемешивание расплава указанной смолы с металлоцеолитом и охлаждение упомянутой смеси.2. Способ по п.1, в котором указанная температура, эффективная для плавления упомянутой смолы, составляет приблизительно от 360°С до 400°С.3. Способ по п.1, в котором указанный металлоцеолит включает серебряный металлоцеолит.4. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий высушивание указанной смолы путем нагревания до температуры приблизительно от 120°С до 130°С для удаления остаточной влаги перед началом упомянутой стадии плавления.5. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий высушивание указанного цеолита при температуре приблизительно 400°С для удаления остаточной влаги перед началом упомянутой стадии перемешивания.6. Способ по п.1, в котором указанную стадию перемешивания осуществляют в двухшнековом экструдере.7. Способ по п.1, в котором количество цеолита, перемешиваемого с указанной смолой, составляет приблизительно от 0,01 до 20,0 весовых процентов.8. Способ по п.1, в котором указанный полиэфирэфиркетон является пористым.9. Способ по п.8, в котором указанный полиэфирэфиркетон имеет коэффициент пористости от 50% до 85% по объему.10. Claims (11)
1. Способ получения противомикробного имплантата, включающий нагревание смолы полиэфирэфиркетона до температуры, эффективной для плавления указанной смолы, перемешивание расплава указанной смолы с металлоцеолитом и охлаждение упомянутой смеси.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором указанная температура, эффективная для плавления упомянутой смолы, составляет приблизительно от 360°С до 400°С.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором указанный металлоцеолит включает серебряный металлоцеолит.
4. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий высушивание указанной смолы путем нагревания до температуры приблизительно от 120°С до 130°С для удаления остаточной влаги перед началом упомянутой стадии плавления.
5. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий высушивание указанного цеолита при температуре приблизительно 400°С для удаления остаточной влаги перед началом упомянутой стадии перемешивания.
6. Способ по п.1, в котором указанную стадию перемешивания осуществляют в двухшнековом экструдере.
7. Способ по п.1, в котором количество цеолита, перемешиваемого с указанной смолой, составляет приблизительно от 0,01 до 20,0 весовых процентов.
8. Способ по п.1, в котором указанный полиэфирэфиркетон является пористым.
9. Способ по п.8, в котором указанный полиэфирэфиркетон имеет коэффициент пористости от 50% до 85% по объему.
10. Способ по п.1, в котором указанный полиэфирэфиркетон является усиленным.
11. Способ по п.10, в котором указанный полиэфирэфиркетон является усиленным графитовым волокном.
