Abstract
Экспрессирование в растении экзогенного полинуклеотида, кодирующего определенный полипептид, обеспечивает как повышение толерантности растения к стрессовым условиям, так и увеличение эффективности использования и/или потребления удобрений растением. 2 н. и 19 з.п. ф-лы, 32 ил., 50 табл.
Description
Claims (21)
1. Способ повышения толерантности растения к стрессовым условиям, включающий экзогенное экспрессирование, в рамках растения, полинуклеотида, кодирующего полипептид, по крайней мере, на 80% гомологичный полипептиду из SEQ ID NO:1343.
2. Способ по п.1, где указанный полипептид, по крайней мере, на 90% гомологичный SEQ ID NO:1343.
3. Способ по п.1, где указанный полипептид, по крайней мере, на 95% гомологичный SEQ ID NO:1343.
4. Способ по п.1, где указанный полипептид входит в SEQ ID NO: 1343.
5. Способ по п.1, где указанный кодирующий полинуклеотид, по крайней мере, на 80% идентичен SEQ ID NO:1342.
6. Способ по п.1, где указанный кодирующий полинуклеотид, по крайней мере, на 90% идентичен SEQ ID NO:1342.
7. Способ по п.1, где указанный кодирующий полинуклеотид, по крайней мере, на 95% идентичен SEQ ID NO:1342.
8. Способ по п.1, где указанный кодирующий полинуклеотид входит в SEQ ID NO:1342.
9. Способ по любому из пп.1-8, где стрессовым условием является абиотический стресс.
10. Способ по п.9, где указанный абиотический стресс выбран из группы, состоящей из засоленности почвы, засухи, низкой температуры, высокой температуры, токсичности тяжелых металлов, анаэробиоза, осмотизма и дефицита питательных веществ.
11. Способ по п.10, где указанным питательным веществом является азот.
12. Способ по любому из пп.1-8, где указанным условием является дефицит удобрений.
13. Способ увеличения эффективности использования и/или потребления удобрений растением, включающий экзогенное экспрессирование, в рамках растения, полинуклеотида, кодирующего полипептид, по крайней мере, на 80% гомологичный полипептиду из SEQ ID NO:1343.
14. Способ по п.13, где указанный полипептид, по крайней мере, на 90% гомологичный SEQ ID NO:1343.
15. Способ по п.13, где указанный полипептид, по крайней мере, на 95% гомологичный SEQ ID NO:1343.
16. Способ по п.13, где указанный полипептид входит в SEQ ID NO:1343.
17. Способ по п.13, где указанный кодирующий полинуклеотид, по крайней мере, на 80% идентичен SEQ ID NO:1342.
18. Способ по п.13, где указанный кодирующий полинуклеотид, по крайней мере, на 90% идентичен SEQ ID NO:1342.
19. Способ по п.13, где указанный кодирующий полинуклеотид, по крайней мере, на 95% идентичен SEQ ID NO:1342.
20. Способ по п.13, где указанный кодирующий полинуклеотид входит в SEQ ID NO:1342.
21. Способ по любому из пп.13-20, где указанная эффективность использования и/или потребления удобрений включает эффективность использования и/или потребления азота.
