Abstract

Bulus, özellikle döküm amaçli olarak yeniden dolasimda tutulmus olan bir döküm kumunun üretim yöntemi ile ilgilidir. Bulusa göre, bir granüler madde ve kaynasma maddesi olarak agregatlarin (ek maddeler) ve suyun karisimi, suda kabarmaya elverisli olmayan bir malzemeye ilave edilmektedir. Sonraki malzeme, döküm kumunu ve/veya zararli ve/veya kokulu maddelerin emisyonunu azaltici karakteristigi gelistirmek için 10 m2/g'den, özellikle 50 m2/g'den ve tercihen 100 m2/g'den daha büyük bir spesifik yüzey alanli bosluklar içermektedir.
